Learn to motivate people rather than demotivating them. I saw your videos 6 months before, that time also, you were talking negative. Don’t do that

I started my internship with Hr recruitment but I want to go into Hr operations how to switch coz when ever i apply they suggest that u dont have experience in operations and u don't have knowledge of tools Hr use and have good knowledge with recruitment then they say u should go for Hr recruitment and they dont offer the job at all .... I m facing this issue from past few months struggling to change....this is so unfair for freshers
As a fresher I'm getting opportunity in HR recruiter profile is this a good start to make career in HR?? And HR recruiter is all about calling candidates??And if yes then what will be a differece in telecaller or HR mam calling 50-60candidate at one day is a HR work Mam can you guide me little bit it will be very helpful
Roles & Responsibilities for HR recruiter is sourcing candidates from different job portals and screening them via call whether they suits the JD of client nd then to schedule the interview Availing for the interview,once the profile get threw helping them in documentation nd bgv Basic maybe less but u can achieve incentive based on ur closure But the only concern is choosing consultant or concern wisely with good policies nd incentive scheme

But can you guide me little bit more like what will be the good HR profile or like after HR recruiter profile what will be a good profile for me?? Like if I want to shift from recruiter profile?

Recently i was working as a lead generating agent in a call center woth Us shift after 2 months i feel this is not my job and told to my HR that im not going to continue this job anymore im doing MBA in HR so would work for HR jobs in Futire He offered me The HR job in his company and said it will be lart time for you and you will be hiring for one position only which u have worked for ans salry will be 6k so it is worth?

If the "Recruiter" profile's Job description only says sourcing candidates, then there is no much difference ..

I am not sure what you are trying to ask here, but if you actually meant domain then "IT domain " have better prospects and pay
