In case Roadmap wasn't driven here it is- Start your career as a recruiter in agencies and work for 1-2 years then switch to internal recruiting in companies and work there for 1-2 years, then switch to core or go for an MBA and make a career in management.

@@digambermishra376 see ,the point is just being an HR with a degree is not enough cause u cant get into a huge company ,u willl find companies with small HR team ,so if u doMBA then u can get into huge comapany like amazon and have higher package cause there profits got no match with smaller company

Recruitment is the most essential part of being an HR professional. Once you have 3 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, you can easily transition into full-time HR roles or apply for other HR internships that focus on employee engagement and other aspects of HR.
Getting an internship in recruitment consultancies is quite easy; they primarily judge you based on your communication skills and your knowledge of HR terms and concepts.
That's what I did. I started my career with a consultancy focusing purely on recruitment, and then I moved into other areas of HR. I'm not even from an HR background; I have a bachelor's degree in management studies with a specialization in finance.

Hello mam, mam I have given my interview to master's union and kpmg master camp for certificate COURSE...but problem is that i don't have any hr degree or experience and so i am very much afraid that even after completing the course will i get the place in market and will I'll be able to grow in futute by experience or I mba will be required in future for growth??? What should i do ...should i go for mba or this certificate course can help????
You can start with recruitment. You will easily get role role as recruiter and I don't think you need any certificate for this then you can shift to hr core

@@therajur hey! i was interning as a recruiter but there was like 50-60 callings per day and it was a target job so there was so much pressure, is the recruitment same in all companies?
@@unnatichaudhary731 yes most of the companies(agency) have targets but you can look for internal recruiter they will not give you these types of targets
