This inspires me to make a campaign based off of an icy wasteland or something
Part of the campaign I'm running involves going up to this creepy, foreboding mountain glacier called Howling Peak that is riddled with caves and passages. When the wind's down it sounds like this, with shifts in the ice and what sounds like footsteps behind you. Grimalkins lurk all about the place; you can see them out of the corner of your eye, watching you, following you, but never approaching and slipping back into the snow whenever you look directly at them. The Peak has been long abandoned and avoided, and though it is not feared as the Barren Heath and the Nightwold are, even the Greycloaks who live and trek across the Ridge are uneasy at the sight of it. As you stare in wonder, the wind rises, whistling through the tunnels and hollows of the glacier. No small wonder the place got its name. But amidst the roaring of the wind, you think you can hear something else…something perhaps more human…something screaming…

The cold that pierces your face is your smallest problem. Behind you, hounds and head hunters. Before you, primeval and hungry evil. Time is running out, you can not bother yourself except to focus on survival and fight. Suddenly You hear a loud, echoing, coarse laugh. It is your barbarian, who after a short burst of laughter finally says "We can stop worying about keeping the cold blood!". Then the whole team starts laughing and accelerating the pace. Suddenly, shadowy, shaking figure appears in the middle of the icy bridge- it screams in rage, pulling out a sword from its ribs. You can see your first opponent in sight.

he is based off the Frost god Morozko, and I would assume also has origins from this ancient Pagan Slavic frost god Karachun -- Карачун
