The Schmid report: protecting the public against interception activities.
Protecting members of the public against interception operations carried out by public bodies was an exclusively national responsibility subject to different rules depending on whether the interception was initiated, on the one hand, as part of a police or judicial investigation or, on the other, by the intelligence services, which in democratic systems operated solely in pursuit of lawful aims.

what a ridiculous circus, just plain silly
none of this would work if the attacker just hit back with his empty hand and took a step to the side

So one of Bruce Lee's closest friends that he helped develop Jeet kune do with.....is a big fraudster. Why is that? Please explain to me. I would love to hear some examples from this big brain of yours.

Too bad Vunak is NOT making money of this videos. He continue to make bad decisions and people continue to take advantage of his stupidity.

I don't think that Vunak is stupid. He's a brilliant guy who, at one time, had an extraordinarily successful career as an instructor. Unfortunately he has a lot of demons and seems to drive people away from him. I decided to keep my distance personally, but I still think that his curriculum is incredibly effective.
