They were honest hard worker respectfull to their forefathers. Their voices are of another planet. Too much in-depth knowledge of mohtram ghulam Ali Saab g about raags thumri sur taal. Kyaa baat ha. What a legacy. Salaaaaam to ustad g salaaam to his ustaads and all ustaads of ghulaam Saab. Asal music k pta chala to Zindagi ka Matlab pta chala.
I am missing ustadji .pranam to him👏

He was not a man of unique talent, but also a man who loves his motherland and prefer to stay India after partition. অলস now day the present scenario of our country is so detorious that we forgot this great personality with great humanity

OMG almost 50 years ago this legend predicted that there is no future he sees of music and singers the way as people who used to preserve the art are no more exist and that’s exactly happening now . Khan saheb sangeet ke itihas ka sabse bada granth hai.ustad salamat khan saheb ne bhi kaha hai ki jo inko samjh nahi paya ya inko follow nahi karega vo kabhi gana nahi ga sakta.mere shabdo m khan saheb jeeta jagta bhagwan hai.

A brilliant mind. This is a good tuition for beginners on how not to spoil the ragas and resort to gimmicks. In Hindustani classical we should be careful to maintain the traditions and finesse. Sad he died too soon.

Bade Ghulam Ali khan sahib k bare men prof Handa jin k saath men govt college Ropad men padaata tha aur un k ghar Hoshyarpur men Salamat Nazakat maheeno reh kar riaz karty they aur khud bhi bade sangeet kaar thy Voh kehty thy khan sahib jaisa koyi naheen hua. Taan Sen bhi zyada se zyada in k brabar hoga.
