I am a classical singer. UstadJi is my Bade Guruji . I am one of the disciples of Pandit A .Kanan . So I can only Convey my Heartiest Pronam to the Legend Ustad Amir Khan .
Hi! I am a classical singer too, and I also convey along with you my Pranams to Ustadji. I’m sure he is very proud of you in every way. 🙏 do you have any videos of your singing?
Kya ustad ji jhumra taal me zyadatar gaate the?kya wo tarane zyada gaate the?or kya wo ektal bhi zyada use karte the?pls reply kariyega because ye ques exams ke ate hain
How are 5040 taans possible and how did he reduce to 168?
My mathematical formulation
1. If we select only 1 note - Sa - we get only 1 permutation. ie. Sa.
2. If 2 notes are selected - Sa, Re. We get 2 permutations: Sa-Re, Re-Sa.
3. For a selection of 3 notes - Sa, Re, Ga - we get 6 permutations. Sa-Re-Ga, Re-Sa-Ga, Sa-Ga-Re, Ga-Sa-Re, Re-Ga-Sa, Ga-Re-Sa.
..
For 7 notes we get nPr = n! / (n-r)! = 7p7 = 5040
Now, as Ustad Amir Khan Sahab says " To remember these 5040 permutations, while not impossible, is certainly difficult. I have been doing this since my childhood and have found that if you can master the 4 notes permutations, it helps greatly in the elaboration of any raag"
So we put this constraint we 7*4p4 = 7*24=168!
Q.E.D
Wonderful! 🙏
While your mathematical ability seems strong I'm still unsure of as to what your original question was . It seems like you just stated it's possible to have that amount of permutations .
Can you give your contact number @uday kamath

My respects to the great Maestro. Pranam
Although I consider Bade Ghulam Ali Khan and Bhimsen Joshi to be the greatest classical vocalists ever, simply because of their versatility.
HOWEVER, I rate Amir Khan as the GREATEST KHYAL vocalist ever. Because his style is pure and simple.
Only my humble opinion.
BGAK AND AMIR KHAN ARE FAR BETTER THAN BHIMSEN JOSHI IN KHAYAL GAYAKI
It's true that the Only Sangeet God is Maharaj Prabhu Ameer Khan Sahab

NOt very humble is he! Disappointing
What do you mean? Maybe you didn't understand what he was saying. Do point out what offended you?
r8rdarklord i don’t think anything was that offensive at all throughout the interview. I don’t see why +SDSen would say that Ustadji isn’t humble. I think +SDSen is just being ignorant and jealous...
Great interview, i found nothing offending, he is one the greatest artist of all time
THE GREATS CAN BE WHATEVER THE HELL THEY WANT .
