What might be the reason mine turned out a Mid-low ish pocket?

I did loop-3-ksi-3-ksi-1-ksi-1-ksi-1-ksi-1-ksi-2-ksi-2-ksi-1-k to make a mid pocket. decided not to do an ssi. liked the pattern. if my pattern doesn't work i'll give this a shot.
