Charchat if you’re a 9th grade defensemen you should be learning how to move your feet. Not get beat trying over the head checks

Is punch the sky ideal if the offensive player has 2 hands on his stick? Even if it's exposed

Patrick Iaconis one of the riskiest moves, anytime you target the backside of someone when your on their frontside you have to be 100% sure your gonna hit stick

If you miss trail behind you have a 6 foot pole if he goes to pass to crease or take a shot he has to wind up or bring the stick back, so follow behind wait till he moves his stick back and hut the head is there stick and the ball will come out, if he do sent pass or shoot play body defense and get in his hip and try to cut him off

You miss and you get beat. Not an effective check that most players can use. Most players will get beat or end up making contact with the head of an offensive player. Low percentage and not worth the risk.
