This drill meant to help improving flow for anyone who are too stiff on their stance, guards. The long combos would help you relax and move more smoothly, help increasing speed as well.

One critical thing he could work on is checking strikes with both arms, keeping his right elbow ready to check strikes and break opponents knuckles
