  • This drill meant to help improving flow for anyone who are too stiff on their stance, guards. The long combos would help you relax and move more smoothly, help increasing speed as well.

    Great video, fighter and pad holder both very skilled to be able to pull this off so smoothly, obviously not the easiest thing for beginners, but it’s good to think about the way you drilled it step by step and progressively added.

    One critical thing he could work on is checking strikes with both arms, keeping his right elbow ready to check strikes and break opponents knuckles

    What's the right thing to do ? starting with warm up exercises or stretching exercises before your workout??

      Warm up dont stretch on cold muscles
