There's something so classy about a dress even a sundress and all compliments I receive are always about the look of the dress not the look of my body which I LOVE. Do you have any recommendations for places to get cute, modest dresses? I'm tall so it might be harder to find ones that are a good length but I'd like to try and find some!
A great modest swimsuit combo is from the movie Monte Carlo - Leighton Meester's swimsuit and coverup is gorgeous. Pretty much everything she wears in the movie, though, is fashionable and modest.

As a Christian man I think it's easy to observe that most modern women simply do not respect themselves. There is absolutely nothing more attractive to a self-respecting man than a woman who dresses and acts like she respects herself. Have strength and courage, woman of God, and go into the world as there is a hurting, confused generation of women who need you. ☦

I am all about dressing more modest at the moment 😊 So I don't want men to look at me in a sexual way (like they do anyway but I don't want to provoke it unnecessarily) and I talked with my fiancé about what to watch out for. And he said, for most men the things that are getting them are thighs and breasts. So, I am all time and every time trying to not only cover them but also try to not give them too much shape (with very fitted tops or shorts)
Honestly, I’ve found that dressing modestly just makes me feel better. I’m confident in my body and how I look, but even so I don’t like showing a bunch of skin. Dressing for me and for God instead of the world truly just feels amazing
I am truly not trying to be mean or critical in an unkind manner. I think it takes a lot of faith and courage to make a channel like yours. I don’t know how long you have been a Christian for and the old photos of you and some of your old clothes really did show what a wonderful change has taken place in your life. However, I do hope you will just prayerfully consider my comment and a few others that were made in response to this video, when I suggest that modesty is not only about just covering your shoulders with the shirt when you were wearing the tube top for example. Just wearing that tight of a top in the color white draws attention to that particular body part. Putting the button up top over the tube top did not change the immodesty ( in my opinion) of the tube top itself at all. Other items that were still (IMO) immodest were the white pants you were wearing in the store. Was your behind covered? Yes. However, because they were white / light material and VERY FITTED, it still drew a lot of attention to your behind and it looked to me like you were wearing thong underwear. Again, the long black skirt was technically covering your body but it was so skin tight it completely showed every nook and cranny of your shape and curves. It really left little to the imagination. As well, you were in the car talking about wearing tops to the gym where your chest is not showing as you are sitting there with a very low cut top with your chest very nearly showing. And as you moved just the slightest your cleavage was beginning to show. I know in comparison to what you used to wear and definitely in comparison to what other young women your age wear you are dressing much MORE modestly. I do believe it is also a very personal and individual process. So, I do hope you will hear me pointing out the ways and items that I feel are still quite immodest as just encouragement to continue on your journey . I just felt I needed to let you know how I am seeing and perceiving what you are still feeling is ‘modest’. Just because your skin is covered does not automatically mean an item is modest. Take it or leave it, that is between you and God. And please consider, if I am a female and by no means think any women needs to be absolutely,completely covered but I am saying I see these things as immodest then how much more likely is it for a male to perceive it as revealing . ❤

I recently bought a “badsuit dress”. I must say I felt like it’s a thing that mostly older people or plus-size people wear, while I’m 22 and slim and it felt kind of weird to wear it too😅 but I’m all over that and my fiancé loved it since it is really modest and covering. So maybe that’s also an idea and you have really nice ones! And for workouts I just go for some nice sweatpants and a shirt that’s breathable and covering, but not hot like cotton😊
Hii I believe modesty is related to not use escandolous outfits- very tide, marking parts that are not write as breast, belly, butt and leggs. Being practical don't show our skin on this places, like not wear reaviling necklines, tight clothes that shows everything, no cropped and short skirts/dresses also no. I believe is important to know that you are representing the kingdom, undersant the environments that you are going and be reasonable. Also if you are unsure of something ask the Holy Spirit and if you have questions don't wear!
To be honest, I find myself only wearing women’s swim shorts going to the beach or swimming because bikini bottoms look like underwear and I feel so uncomfortable in public in them. Plus cheeks hang out

Why can’t you wear longer things? I’m in Saudi Arabia and THE most comfortable thing to wear here is a long dress or skirt underneath the abayas. Give it a try, it’s actually much more cooling than having skin out frying in the sun! Just make sure the materials are lighter fabrics and loose enough to move around you, it’s like a fan.

I feel like this topic is so challenging for us Christians because there isn’t really clear boundaries with modesty. I see girls preach modesty but then at the beach have such small bikinis or for prom/weddings show lots of cleavage so I can feel lost on the topic. My former pastors daughter would wear such small shorts that a baggy r shirt would cover it and I’d think is this really ok? But I appreciate this advice a lot 🙏

Hey Ashley!! I am 11 years old and I gave my heart and soul to God a few days ago. I am quite tall for my age (5'8) but I am turning 12 soon, anyway. Please do more of these types of videos! As a young teen in 2023/2024 I always feel judged by what I wear, I feel pressured to wear crop tops and bikini's because everyone does that. Ashley, I like what you are saying, and you are right! I will say that the top that you were wearing beginning at 7:50 or so was, in my opinion, an inch or two too low. I noticed that you tugged it upwards once or twice, which means you might not have felt totally comfortable in it. If there is too much skin showing below your face, that will attract people's attention away from your face and down to your chest--whether or not you are showing cleavage or not (such as with tube tops, low-cut tank tops, and deep V-neck blouses). Showing lots of skin is kind of like a teaser for other people's eyes. I know this isn't a popular view, but if a person's clothing draws people's attention away from their faces and to their personal/sexual parts, then we are in danger of causing them to stumble rather than glorifying God.
As an orthodox Christian girl from greece I really like your outfits ... But some of them you just can't wear them in Greece ... I only wear one pieces for my swimming practice. When the swimsuit shows too much cleaveage, I cover it with a long sleeve UV water shirt(?) or surf tees , those make me feel confortable. And yes, I wear my Rosary when I swim.
Honestly, I think those shirts in the beginning would be perfect with a tank top underneath to hide your mid section. I’ve started doing that with my cropped shirts and I think it’s honestly so much better and easier because I still like them but I just want to be covered a little more.

As a young teen in 2023/2024 I always feel judged by what I wear, I feel pressured to wear crop tops and bikini's because everyone does that. Ashley, I like what you are saying, and you are right! I will say that the top that you were wearing beginning at 7:50 or so was, in my opinion, an inch or two too low. I noticed that you tugged it upwards once or twice, which means you might not have felt totally comfortable in it. If there is too much skin showing below your face, that will attract people's attention away from your face and down to your chest--whether or not you are showing cleavage or not (such as with tube tops, low-cut tank tops, and deep V-neck blouses). Showing lots of skin is kind of like a teaser for other people's eyes. I know this isn't a popular view, but if a person's clothing draws people's attention away from their faces and to their personal/sexual parts, then we are in danger of causing them to stumble rather than glorifying God.
As an orthodox Christian girl from greece I really like your outfits ... But some of them you just can't wear them in Greece ... In greece summer is reaaaaalllyyy hot....so for example you can't wear jeans you will die.. so can you show some outfits like for really warm weather with some Linen .. and dresses ect. ??❤❤❤❤❤ God bless you girl ❤

I only wear one pieces for my swimming practice. When the swimsuit shows too much cleaveage, I cover it with a long sleeve UV water shirt(?) or surf tees , those make me feel confortable. And yes, I wear my Rosary when I swim.
Christian guy here. You need to cover more sister. Tank tops and yoga pants are a no go.
Honestly, I think those shirts in the beginning would be perfect with a tank top underneath to hide your mid section. I’ve started doing that with my cropped shirts and I think it’s honestly so much better and easier because I still like them but I just want to be covered a little more.
