The summers are so hot and humid! How do you guys deal with it? Is Romantica crowded and noisy? Is the worsening situation with the cartels and migrants into the US discouraging people from moving to or staying in Mexico?
Yes, very hot and humid in the Summer here. If you've ever spent any time in the South Eastern region of the US, it's pretty similar to that. Regarding recent US news effects, I'm not aware of any impact so far
@@GaryShirkPV If it's like a sauna where do people go? Guadalajara? Queretaro? Cuenca Ecuador? For the news, it's getting pretty dark...so it could affect the life of expats and the flow of people to Mexico, the specter of fear and instability....
This was such an interesting, informative and enjoyable video, it covered all the questions I had about moving to Puerto Vallarta, thanks for sharing :))
This couple is sweet but the city itself doesn’t look that appealing. Much more beautiful beach towns but as this couple said, they’re not big beach people so it makes sense
I don't see this in our PV MLS. Next time I'm in that neighborhood I'll check. Or if any other viewers see this comment and know about it, please comment
Listening to this it's kinda accurate All except buying pre construction!! They were lucky but it can go wrong quickly !! People buy this way because the dollar signs are clouding people's eyes!! They were lucky but there's horror stories out there!!u it when I hear a place is amazingly safe then their first horror incident changes their tune !! Nowheres amazingly safe these days!!
What a great video sharing so much with us here on UA-cam. I’ve been there about 6 times and have always loved it. I just bought a Condo in Huatulco, Oaxaca and Love How you Can drink the tap water and how safe it is. A very well planned city. No Cartels and Just feel so safe there. Again Thank you for sharing all this information with us. Blessings, Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊❗️
FYI: American is a Continental identity, not a nationality. We are 35 American countries in the American/s Continent/s. Expat, is a none sense none factual label, and people from the US use it because they have given the term, immigrant, a negative connotation. But when living in Mexico and you called yourselves, expats, you are telling Mexicans that you are more special than Mexicans in their country. Respect is due ✌️
Totally true! So is there such thing like?: A Venezuelan expat living in Chicago? Nope!! But it's not correct: A New Yorker immigrant living in Puerto Vallarta? USA people have a long way to learn no only language but about the world itself
Thanks for the video

Hey Mark! Glad you enjoyed it.
Do you know what the building is called that's currently under construction behind the Penninsula condos in Zona Hotelera? Thanks

This talking point is silly. What do you call people from the U.S then? We know how people like yourself want to erase our identity
