There are several condos for sale, on the water, in Marina Del Rey, CA, one of the most expensive beach areas in all of California. The condos there are under 2 million dollars and the HOA is less than $2000, including insurance. Please keep in mind that an American citizen with good credit can finance a condo in Marina Del Rey but cannot finance a condo in PV. I don't know what these guys in PV are smoking.
Ya our HOA went up 60 percent In three years, the homeowners don’t live here they can get 2,400.00 a month in rent.this is what’s going on in California, pure greed.
Beautiful condo but why would you furnish and decorate a penthouse at the beach to look like a funeral palor??? It's soooo dark and serious. Sorry, but very bad taste.😢
"They want continuity so like all the units have to meet certain standards in terms of like the linen, the cutlery, the pots and pans..." No thank you! I don't need anyone dictating such nonsense to me after paying $2.5 million (or any amount for that matter). HOA (or whatever they call themselves) is out of control.
Nice view, not great being blocked by 2 other buildings, small narrow deck-and extremely dark cabinets, no beach feel at all-I dont know what it costs for a off the water condo there but in Florida you can get direct oceanfront no other building blocking your view for 300,000-400,000 -the reason so cheap is there Hoa fees in Florida are approx. 1200 a month- if the HOA is 1600 on this that is crazy for a 3 rd world country, I know prices are up in Mexico but why would you buy there- when Miami Fl is cheap and convenient and direct oceanfront, not 3 blocks away -good luck ,better get lots of rental income on it-but who would rent it of the ocean in the city??? Theirs a butt for every seat
Dios llévame ahí Dios llévame ahí Dios llévame ahí quiero ir de vacaciones ahí quiero vivir ahí quiero ir de vacaciones ahí quiero vivir ahí? Gracias Dios por concederme mi deseo de antemano
Love love love the view☀️🌴

Absolutely fabulous 🎉
Gorgeous!
$1600 dollars per month HOA FEES X 12 =$19,200 per year!!! WTF are they crazy!!!!!!
It's Santa Monica 😂
If they can afford it I’m happy for them! People should be able to live and buy places that they can afford and enjoy

Ok. Out of my budget. Show more affordable options
When’s the donkey show?
Thats in TJ
Outdated unit. Not stylish any more. Old fashion. Needs reno again.
I agree it's outdated. As an income property the numbers would only have to work. Seems like a prime location but I wonder about noise .
Get over yourselves. It's a great unit.
Are you an interior decorator? Who is to say what is in style?
You want to WHITE WASH this unit? My God, what's wrong with people? Character. Ever hear of it?

Who in the world in their right mind wants to live in Florida? I wouldn’t live there if they were giving condos away.
