*sees Acronym bag in the beginning* Hey, I‘ve seen those before. Hang on.... *rummages through box of random items you hang on to just in case you can use them for a project* *pulls out a German army standard issue rifle mag pouch from the 90s* Yep, that looks about right.
Man, I just found your channel a couple of weeks ago, while I was learning about TechWear. Your content is pristine. Very good job. I’m spreading the word about your channel.
Some corrections. The 3a-1 is actually around $500-600 retail I think. Def not 900. Bagjack make the acronym bags so they are very Similar. You can do custom orders from them as well,
I do try mix up the higher-end stuff with the more affordable - Orbit in this video for example seem to have a pretty decent price/performance. Hopefully more on them coming soon though!
Boi, gotta peep chrome's messenger bag. Lifetime warranty, Durable, waterproof, super functional with 3M hits straps and shit, the only downside is that they have a logo on the bag and the strap (which is a seatbelt buckle which I think is p sweet)
Idk if someone mentioned it under, but Bagjack is producting actual acronym bags. So quality probably is there. And Porter is pretty much as expensive as Acronym :D
I was pretty surprised Chrome Industries didn't make this list. Seems like they only ship US and Japan so that might explain it. They're definitely worth checking out though. Tons of bag options all solidly built most offering an all black version for the tech bois.
Another (American) brand is BaileyWorks -- messenger bags very similar to Chrome, but I really like the way the bigger messenger bags contours against your back when it's empty.
No Hazard4 or Maxpedition AGR? Both brands are well known in the EDC/Military communities and offer messenger bags among other very high function backpacks/pouches. My preferred bag is a Hazard 4 Plan B'17 or a Maxpedition Riftcore
This Is Antwon Techwear is something I just got into more recently and I've been loving it as a bridge between military gear and streetwear which are two things I've always been interested in. Hazard 4 also makes some really good clothing, I think their poncho and beachhead jacket would both fit into a techwear fit easily. TripleAughtDesign is another brand to look at
Just found out about your channel recently and I love the content! I have two additions for your list if you do an update vid at any point. Chrome Industries and Timbuk2 both make really good bags. Many friends of mine who ride bikes a lot have one or more chrome industry bags. They swear the bags are amazing, I think they have a lifetime guarantee aswell. I have a customised timbuk2 which has done me solid for 5 years. For me techwear is very much about the function so I got the panels coloured in reflective yellow on either sides with a black band interwoven with reflective material in the middle, so the bag lights up when car headlights hit it. That way I didn't have to try fit a high-vis jacket over me and my bag when I cycle or carry a high vis everyday in my bag.If you're more into the all black ninja vibe then you can do that too, you can get the logo (which is a bit big) done in black on a black background. The bags are hella waterproof too, I've emptied mine out and filled it with water and ice to use for storing drinks on a sunny day. They fit enormous things too, I've been able to strap up stuff the size of a door and cycle it home. I'm coming at this very much from the angle of cycling so most people probably wont require the same features as me but my both bags will take a beating and keep on ticking for years which is down to great purpose driven material selection.
Thanks! Glad you like the videos. Both good suggestions, I think they've been mentioned before so good to have more than 1 person vouch for them. Love the reflective idea too, particularly since a bag is gonna go over the top of anything else you might be wearing.
What currency does the Orbit site use? I know you said that they're an Indonesian company, and I would like to do some price conversions. Great vid BTW!
Funny to me how many of these have MOLLE webbing. I have had bags with that forever and never once have I used it. Honestly, if I did attach something it would probably ruin the look.
Hit us with some backpack recommendations fam 💯💯💯 I guess there'd probably be a lot of the same brands tho Edit: Oh, and thanks for the shoutout #BasedGodDefenseSquad
It's all good mayne Some crossover for sure, but I can probs pull out some other brands/examples for more of a focus on backpacks. Will definitely cover that in future!

How could you not mention Chome and tumbuk2🤔
Idk if someone mentioned it under, but Bagjack is producting actual acronym bags. So quality probably is there. And Porter is pretty much as expensive as Acronym :D
could you make a video on snowboard jackets and other normal clothes used for techwear?
do you know helikon? they are actually affordable?
hey Ant 👋 It‘s been a while. can we get an update on this topic?
Ideas for techwear in the tropics and subtropics ?
I was pretty surprised Chrome Industries didn't make this list. Seems like they only ship US and Japan so that might explain it. They're definitely worth checking out though. Tons of bag options all solidly built most offering an all black version for the tech bois.
Hadn't heard of them before, but just had a look and great suggestion. Really liking their backpacks particularly
they have a store in chicago next to st alfreds! im gonna grab a bag, that buckle is so sick.
Another (American) brand is BaileyWorks -- messenger bags very similar to Chrome, but I really like the way the bigger messenger bags contours against your back when it's empty.
Absolutely correct!! To me, my Chrome bag kills these bags and they have been doing it for decades. Pairs well with all techwear set ups.
Where can get the Orbit messenger bag in london except from orbit website?
Sadly their website is the only place at the moment
Hey can you make another video on like cheap techhwear
No Hazard4 or Maxpedition AGR? Both brands are well known in the EDC/Military communities and offer messenger bags among other very high function backpacks/pouches. My preferred bag is a Hazard 4 Plan B'17 or a Maxpedition Riftcore
Thanks for the suggestions! I don't have quite as much knowledge on the military side of things but they seem pretty cool

Not a messenger bag fan but good selection nonetheless. Love the molle strap systems on bags for more versatility.
Thanks man - agreed, and they change the look a fair bit too. I've not used a messenger bag for a long time but hoping to change that soon
Nice too see Brand from my Country.
1:41 that's the metro card not a sticker
Ah yup good spot - better Supreme knowledge than I!
Is it something I should be proud of though 🤔

William Irby they basically deal on Indonesian rupiah, but they do 1:1 conversion. Night from them once, great service.

Any modular bag is redundant since the invention of backpacks.
Arkham city is indeed the best one
My man!
Funny to me how many of these have MOLLE webbing. I have had bags with that forever and never once have I used it. Honestly, if I did attach something it would probably ruin the look.
