Since this was posted 3 years ago and I only just found out about ART-O-MAT about 2 days ago... my question to you is... how well did you do with this being in ART-O-MAT? Did they pay you on time? Did it bring in more business for you? Were there any hassles involved? Is your art now being sold in other places in the country? Etc. Anything you care to share would be appreciated, as I'm looking into participating in this venture. I LOVE the whole concept IMMENSELY for a way to market my Art by directing people to an upcoming website or sales venue.

This is awesome! I have all ways appreciated those old school cigarette machines and I love this concept of repurposing them to sell art. I went by the Farmhouse today and the ten in the machine sold out yesterday! I am hoping I can get one when they are restocked.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate you stopping by to try to get one. It turns out that Art-o-Mat only ships them 10 at a time, so it might be a little while before they're able to restock. Keep an eye out though. I'll post when they are stocked back up.
What up Danny! This is dope! So, I'm not sure when Dietzel originally drew the masked lady, but I do know he was born in 1891 and began electric tattooing in 1907 when he moved to the US and met William Grimshaw from Britain. They tattooed the heck outta each other and traveled carnivals together.

Hi Danny, thank you for this great video! I am in the process of submitting my work to Art--o-matic. I'm trying to decide whether to paint directly on the blocks or do a mounting like you did. What do you suggest, and where did you get your blocks?
Hi Brian. Thanks! Honestly either approach would be equally good. The block gets wrapped in acetate before going in the machine. I got my blocks directly from the company. I would recommend this approach to avoid making them the wrong size. The machines are very particular and the size has to be exact. Best of luck with your project!
This is such a cool idea! Unfortunately I’m not very close even but it turns out there is a machine in Nashville not too far from our shop. Now I’ve got to go check it out!
