Excellent video and loving the build
I'm up to issue 94 and so far so good... No missing parts.
Looking good Wayne, and nearly finished - again 😁
I had nine issues where there was some sort of part missing.
Annoyingly, and rather wastefully, they sent the complete issue everytime rather than just the missing part.
Hello Wayne, great video mate, a nice fiddly one, sometimes you need one like that so they don't start to get boring, Lee.
Nice one Wayne, make sure not to put the Hood near the Bismarck.
😃
You’re right about how the buckle is upside down. In the scene where Marty is about to go to 1885 at the drive-in, the the buckles and strap ends are on top
Brilliant, that saves me having to search for footage to view to verify which way it should go.
Sieht super aus. !! Wünsche Dir einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr Wayne und bleibe gesund
Oh boy that looks great, shame about the missing buckle.
Merry Christmas Wayne. From Wayne x
Great show the car is looking awesome shame about the buckle 🏆🏆🏆
Great vid
2 years from now i might have mine finished
Not found any flames yet? Sone 3d Semi transparent coloured epoxy ones would be nice if that's impossible then even paper some printed ones like photograph paper or stickers?
Looking awesome Wayne although my ocd cant overlook that a silver wire in the hood box had came loose at end of vidro
All fixed lol
Wayne what shame they shorted you one buckle! Perhaps the guy that did the hood box wood elements will make proper ones for the mounting because they look nothing like the real ones did.All in all what a good video.
Are they gonna have issues installing the hot rod wheels? For them to be screen accurate they would need to raise the suspension though.
Will they ever finnish this model!!!! Talk about dragging out a subscription!. After the Wheel fiasco I quit this build. Enjoying the 1967 Sheby Mustang and nex Xwing fighter.
The good news is, the model is complete after issue 158. Issue 159 is just a 96 page book of the building instructions, which we've already got in the magazines, for those of us who keep the things.
It looks cooler than I thought it would, but I might cancel my subscription with Issue #130, and focus my funds on buying the upgrades from Mike Lane and Chloe (I already have a Flux Capacitor, but I’m still waiting on the Xmas Tree). Plus, I’d rather keep it in either Part I or Part II mode, especially after as exhaustively long and drawn out as this build has been. I do have the white walls from Eaglemoss, but I don’t think I’m going to use them.
hi Wayne, have you heard anything about building doms Dodge charger from fast and furious.
Belt buckles are on the way out. upsidedown
Is it just me or are Eaglemoss notorious for missing parts! I never had any problems with DeAgostini and zero issues with Hachette. I got the incorrect issues more than once with DeAgostini but that isn't missing parts. Sounds like a bit of a train wreck compared to the other 2 companies!
Wonders I have 2 issues from DeAgostini that were missing the exact same part for the Beetle. I’ve waited 3 months for 1 and 2 months for the other and it has been 3 weeks since I last contacted them. Only problem part I had with the DeLorean was a spring pinging off, other than that I’ve not had any missing parts so far
Oh don't get me started on DeAgostini. The Millenium Falcon build was a horror with multiple issues missing and taking up to 6 months to finally come through, pieces missing, parts damaged, LED strips not working properly, including multiple replacement LED strips. I've only just managed to finish the thing, thanks to a friend in the UK having a rather large and prominent spare part for me that was missing from the second last issue. What should have been a two year build, stretched into 3 years. It was an absolute nightmare. Had similar problems with Eaglemoss's 3D Create and Print partwork. It took them 9 months to finally send me one final missing issue before I could attach the print head to the thing. As for the DeLorean, pretty much problem free until button 6 decided it didn't want to work one morning, and then being sent a visibly dodgy replacement button board by them to see if that would fix the problem. So my DeLorean is currently stripped back to where the circuit board and button panel can be removed while I wait for the Model Modz replacement circuit board to be finalised and put up for sale, which will then abolish the buttons altogether via built in bluetooth.
I know you get emotional when you finsh a build completely but the extention seems like it was spread out or no reason at all.
