Hi! I’m a side sleeper too but when I used it I fell asleep in a starfish position then moved around in the night but it was slightly uncomfortable but it was worth it! So beautiful in the end
Yess I am also a side sleeper, but if U pull the onto the top of your hair and pin it up there, and then put a silk cap on, it's pretty comfortable. ( This is only for long hair(
Try to do it tighter Wrap the first section tightly or put your roller for ur bangs (if u have) in the middle of the heatless curls rod or robe tie make sure u wrap it tightly around the back and if you can put a bonnet on put it and if ur using a robe tie if u want looser curls that will stay all day Make sure ur using a long robe tie and fold it in half it is really amazing and work’s amazing and try to use a bonnet or even a big shower cap trust me it stays on amazingly Hope this helped!

Make sure your hair is damp. Dry hair worked for her but might not for you!

If you don’t use any products then it won’t last more than 2 days. With light mousse or hairspray, oils, it will last longer

Yes but you can also do it while your hair is 80% dry,
everytime i do these, it's too loose, how do I tighten them?
Try pushing the hair higher up once ur done and that can tighten it
