Extreme Full of Urine Carpet Cleaning!!! Really BAD Condition!!

This was a job for a realtor that we have work with before. She wanted the owners to replace this carpet as it was in a really bad shape and full of pet stains. I advised them to replace it as well, but the owners just wouldn't do it. They were selling the home and wanted us to do the best we could do. We basically had to nuke this carpet,, saturate it with pet stain and odor removal solution and let it dwell for an hour. Usually in cases like this, its usually in the subfloor and pad so it doesnt usually work and carpet needs to be replaced and subfloor cleaned and sealed before new carpet goes in.
