Jimmy was always someone to me who if he wasn’t such a prolific worker he’d have washed out of league years ago, his game isn’t built on anything only he can do and isn’t predicated on talent, it’s just maximizing the things he’s good at as far they can go
You sure about that? Aside from shooting 3s Jimmy done everything so well dummy especially come playoffs. He coasts because Bams nd Herro sucks especially when they face great defenders. Jimmy's the only one carrying that team come clutch.
Do you even watch how Butler play. Even his defense is topnotch. ua-cam.com/video/YsxDA0eq5PM/v-deo.htmlsi=R2bJB4UDOmoZp5C4 ua-cam.com/video/2DNFQXo15uE/v-deo.htmlsi=S2OONgJCwzzDsTva
I think a slept on part of his game is his playmaking. He's not the best passer but he's a smart passer and draws a lot of attention as he carves his way to the paint.
i think i remember reading some injuries fucked him and his jumper up. thats why you see him shoot so casually and flat now. it is getting better tho seeing as this is a career 3pointer season for him. otherwise you really see him jump high in the playoffs when hes shooting his clutch pullup threes.
I think the problem with Jimmy's inconsistent 3 point shooting is he shoot it like he's shooting the mid-range. A two-motion jumper + jumping too much, this will lead him to rely on his arms instead on his knees, hence, he always hit the nose of the rim. Two-motion shooters pausing at the top are way too inconsistent beyond the arc. Take for example KD, he is a two-motion shooter in mid-range but ALMOST a one-motion shooter beyond arc (slingshot form compensate for it). *just my observation and base on experience.
@@Dizzelsoul3542 there is always that one guy who always thinks every opinion is subject for argument. The statement was supposed to be discussed and supposed to mean that it's the only visible flaw in Jimmy's great abilities, a flaw that can be easily fixed. Like you said, last year Jimmy had his best % despite this possible flaw. So what if?
@@lonewolf4663 i agree, plus in the video he discussed that off the dribble he still has some room for improvement compared to catch and shoot, so dude didn't even watch the video either
I knew Pat was gonna let him go. The numbers didn't add up. The team won as many with and without him. Tender Tyler gonna be next! Paying these guys millions, instead of hiring a personal chef, nutritionist, and trainer, they're eating McDonald...IJS!

Jimmy Butler becomes prime Lebron in the playoffs.

“Tender Tyler” is suspect as hell lmao
idk man
Right now. Just a good player. Not a superstar
When he wants to though
Jimmy > Tatum
He's still better than most. The league is trash.
