Hi Kevin! There are some rules. There are designated fishing areas. Basically, open access areas, not through any of the marshland areas. You can't fish from a floating devise of any kind ( from PCH/Dover bridge back to the Jamboree/HWY 73 bridge). You need to have a fishing license obviously, and follow size limits, possession limits for fish. Last thing I can think of would be the fact that you can't collect clams, mussels, ghost shrimp or crabs to use for bait in this area. You can fish these baits in you bring them from somewhere else.. kind of a weird rule. Hope that helps!👍

Hi Jay! Oh yes, if you don't take them off the jighead after you are done fishing they dry out and are impossible to take off. Lol
