Cool video...I was born there when Dad was flying KC-97s. Then we went to Castle and he transitioned to KC-135s...then McCoy. Missin' Florida...

Flew into MacDill many times to pick up the CINC to take overseas. I don't miss the military, but I miss the guys and the flying.

This is so cool, we used to fly RC helis at the baseball field next to the lake at 1:27. The A10 pilots would always wave at us when they are coming in to land. I know today it would be illegal but this was before Drones were common place and the helis never really want more then 10ft off the ground because they didn't have gyro stableization back then.

That's more like I remember from my flying days. Not so much tech, the copilot still had to do a lot of the work.

What's with the head band and torn over head curtin? Pretty sloppy.

Well, hopefully, that torn fabric above the co-pilot has been replaced by now.

Never heard of multiple 360s on the downwind, learn something new everyday.

The right seat is flying. The left seat is working the radios and the push to talk is on the yoke.
