Oh, thank you for not cutting the scene where you struggled with the food processor lid! I’ve had mine for twenty years and still do that!

I just discovered these recipes and love them! I tried making the peanut butter cups using a silicon mini muffin pan for smaller serving sizes and they popped right out after freezing. 😋

Thanks, Kim. Keep making these fun and interesting videos, please. I love how you don't bother to peel the potatoes. I have to try the corn starch because mine are very soggy. I use the same recipe for popcorn, -but add nutritional yeast for a cheesy taste. That's a slick machine though.

For banana lovers: Frozen sliced (very ripened) bananas with a tablespoon of liquid (milk, cream, coconut water, bourbon, whatever). Blend in the food processor until it gets the consistency of soft serve ice cream. Add whatever you like, cocoa powder, cacao nibs, berries, spices (cinnamon and nutmeg go well). The possibilities are endless. But I highly recommend the bourbon and nutmeg. :D It makes a great "ice cream" treat without all the sugar and dairy.

Thank you for these "healthyish" snacks. I recently made the chocolate peanut butter cups. I did not have pure maple syrup so used Agave syrup, and they are delicious!!!! I imagine these would be delicious with almond butter too.

Just started making snack bites in food processor. Found fabulous one that everyone in family loved: dates, unsweetened coconut, coconut oil, almond butter and cocoa nibs. Soooo yummy! I’m going to have to try those chocolate peanut butter ones though!

The peanut butter cups remind me of an oatmeal no bake cookie my mom used to make. I bet a little quick oats and coconut oil would replicate those nostalgic cookies nicely.

YES. VERY MUCH AGREED. I actually have a simple recipe for a strawberry cream paleta (popsicle) and the ingredients include strawberries, honey, salt, and lemon juice. They are now my favorite popsicle recipe. I also discovered a cookbook with a really simple lasagne and I made it. It was really delicious and was very easy. I'm excited to discover more happy and healthy ish treats and maybe I'll share them in the comments! Also as a suggestion for the holderness channel, if you're running out of songs to make parodies of, maybe start doing some challenges and blogs, maybe even not related to the quarintine. 😄

The snacks look really good, but I spent the whole video wondering how you kept from getting chocolate on your pretty white blouse! I cook all the time, but I have to wear a big ole apron because I often manage to splatter chocolate or tomato sauce or something all over myself.
