Hey, Trump supporters? Please defend millions of poor/sick/elderly people losing their healthcare in exchange for a rich person tax break? Just try. Please.
they can't really, republicans is better suited for the upper class and also they have a "well its not me so why should i care" attitude. They just use the lower classes by getting them to think they are on the same side. The obama care helping poor/sick/elderly people makes it harder for insurance companies and hospitals to cheat customers.
Thank god we have free healthcare in UK. Even though it isn't free because of taxes but I'd rather pay the tax then some of the bills you guys have to pay for simple surgery and such.

Francisco Vasquez Because dumb ass republicans got a huge swift kick in the fucking face called a reality check. Republicans have been bitching for years about how shit Obamacare is and then when republicans get control of everything they offer something even worse. Pathetic
Francisco Vasquez In another video I watched some trump supporter commented, that things are going as he expected and as Trump planned.. also that his supporters are very happy with Trump. Lol I just laughed at his comment.
Drunken Mongoose Hahahahaha Oh Mr. Mongoose. I'd really love to be entertained by your thoughts. Please. PLEASE tell me how this health care plan is better than the ACA.
Jansen Ravioli I wasn't talking about Obamacare but since we're on the subject. Nothing has come close to passing yet, the final bill has not been written but whatever it is will inevitably fall short. Just as Obamacare has. The pharmaceutical companies will not allow it. Obamacare was written for and by them, it's a shell game. They still have a unbreakable hold on Congress. Trumps bungling approach may be our only hope of breaking that hold. Health care cost will only come down in a world where the competition is fair. It has been rigged for the last 30 years and will remain so. Nothing either party can do will fix the problem.
antred11 What has happened in the past few weeks is out-right treason buy an out of control intelligence community targeting the White House with leeks and manufactured intelligence. Without an ounce of real evidence, the paid off corporate press has waged a campaign of lies and dis-information based entirely on innuendo and conjecture. Forget about the last few weeks. What has happened in the last few days is far more important. Perhaps you should turn off CNN, MSNBC, FOXNews. Stop listening to Rachel Maddow, Trevor Noah and Keith Olbermann spewing his resistance bullshit. Then Google the words "Vault Seven WikiLeaks" and prepare yourself for the Mac truck that is about to hit our country. Something the Trump administration had nothing to do with. It all happened during Obama's watch and it is about to destroy us.
As a retired healthcare professional from a healthcare family, thank you for pointing out the gross fallacies in these and other actions by the exuberant Republican Party that keeps having to scramble for cover every time DJT revs up his Twitter account. Posting this everywhere I can before Bannon makes me disappear !March 8, 2017...Hi, I'm Eb theDoc. My Facebook account has been disabled since Saturday Mar.4th. It's never been a political platform, but was a point of contact I enjoyed visiting to see friends' and friend's friends' (no control over the latter!) posts on what's happening. At first I thought it was due to an insensitive post on Colbert's Cate Blanchett interview (made when I was overtired, since deleted and apologized for @facebook). No reaction from Ms. Bickert or Mr. Osofsky to date. Didn't expect one from forthright Cate (Luvya)! So I must assume it was due to a post shortly before, on the arrest for deportation of the illegal immigrant Avelica-Gomez in front of his 13-year old daughter (can't remember which page: Meyers/Colbert/Noah/Oliver?) in which I'd used wording that felt 'right' for the portion of the public that supports Trump, but laid me open for libel, because DJT has not been convicted of the many things he's publicly bragged about doing. The post, since revised for legality, can be found in the comments on The Young Turks' report on the arrest. Problem is, if that's the case, we have an Administration that's prepared to silence critics by _fiat_ (as Steve Miller's horrifying interviews show) in contravention of First Amendment Rights. Worse yet: they are using executive powers unconstitutionally to suborn corporations that should serve as the proud foundation of our freedoms. America, when will you wake up? My parents managed to survive the rise of the Nazi Reich, the war, and bring us out of the shambles of WW II to a good life in the US. Are we going to let a few bigots who've crept into the White House and built an inept Administration founded on 'BigMoney=BigProfits for everyone (HarHar!)' violate our standards and integrity? Eb Somersworth, NH This was the post on ICE: Avelica-Gomez. Let's take this as a typical example of Trump's 'new improved' ICE guidelines. A Mexican who entered illegally 25 years ago and has diligently, quietly and honestly, supported his family since, with 4 US-citizen daughters, is arrested and taken off for deportation in front of his 13-year old after dropping another off at school. His 'Bad-Guy/Bad-Hombre' profile? Non-felonious DUI and driving without a licence in 2008, buying a tag for his car on the sly in 1998. Mr. Trump, on the other hand, has been involved with plaintiffs/lawyers/courts in felony cases involving fraud/rape of minors/exploitation of illegals/tax evasion for millions/sexual assault/rape of a wife, etc., usually with huge settlements and always with sealed court records. America, where is your sense of proportion? How could an Attorney General who's expressed admiration for the Klan (never a joking matter, Mr. Sessions!) help you keep it? Eb
Then you haven't been listening. Some people reject the notion of the young and healthy being forced to subsidize the old and sick. I'd like to pay nothing for healthcare because I don't use it. I'd prefer an out of pocket system, which would reduce administration and lower the actual cost of care instead of pushing money around.
Key word "insurance." It's not something you use whenever you want, it's something you have in case you need it. Kinda like you hafta have auto insurance to drive a car, but you don't *really* need it until you're in an accident. Also, keeping everyone healthier ultimately saves us money in the long run, as it means fewer people in the ER for conditions that could've been treated with affordable healthcare, who end up not being able to pay for said emergency treatment, which ends up costing us taxpayers more to cover for it.
Yeah, insurance. Something that is voluntarily purchased to cover insurable risk. Auto insurance being mandatory is also wrong provided that the person can afford to pay for liabilities that they could incur. If I recall correctly, one state in the US operates under such a measure. I agree that a healthier population is the best prevention. That's why I oppose socialized medicine. You can't force people to be healthy, but socialized medicine forces those costs onto the general population. The easy solution is to not force people to cover someone else's emergency treatment. Easy.
Janey Egerton Fun Fact for you : Fornication Under the Consent of the King is full form of FUCK.. so what you just told doesn't make sense ;) hav a great day any ways
That Sean Spicer part...? He said the larger stack was the Democrats and the smaller stack was the Republicans. Then he said that it was clear. He pointed to the Democratic stack and said "this is government" and ten he pointed to the other one and said "this is not" ...so he just said that the republican plan was not government???
5:00- It's amazing how many Republicans aren't satisfied with the newly proposed bill as it simply isn't horrible enough and doesn't help the rich even more.
I suggest filling your mouth with steel BBs and water, then use a 12 gauge shotgun with 00 buckshot, held directly under your chin. It worked well for my collage roommate. It's a bit messy but that won't be your problem.
Drunken Mongoose There it is. After reading your comments I knew that there had to have been a traumatic experience that damaged you in the past. And now we know what it was. Seeing your roommate dead from a shotgun wound. Makes perfect sense now.
The funniest (and saddest) thing about this is removing 10-16 million premium paying insured people will massively raise insurance costs making the service unaffordable for minimum another 10 million. So this "Healthcare Bill" which was made to help the insurance companies will likely cause their industry to go into a death spiral. Then we will have to bailout or not again and come up with a new health care plan.
I have seen no evidence to support the notion that 10-16 million additional people are actually paying under the ACA as opposed to before unless you're counting subsidies, which isn't at all honest. Where is the data?
Y'know we were just learning about Marie Antoinette in World History today and the whole "Don't buy an iPhone buy healthcare" thing totally gave me Deja vu with "Then let them eat cake" Lol
Sasha Shaikh since comedy is reactive, it requires a greater understanding and intellect than making the news does. (As in, causing whatever is in the news)
US health care is fine as long as you don't need to actually use it. It's when you get sick that you are fucked. Unless you are rich, then you'll be fine, as always in the good old US and A.
I'm not surprised they find healthcare hard. Giving people healthcare is about compassion, and these people have real difficulty understanding such a thing.
If it were about compassion then liberals wouldn't be advocating for making contributions to their system compulsory under the threat of being thrown in a cage. Charity is compassion. Government healthcare systems are not.
I really hope to see Melissa McCarthy on SNL this weekend! I NEED another Spicey skit. That last one, my god. I may have to go watch it again because that podium...I read comments before hand and knew it would move, but the execution is PERFECT!
"Look at the size, this is the Democrats, this is us.There is-- I mean you can't get any clearer in terms of this is government and this is not." Spicer just literally came out and said that what they're proposing is not governmental, like that was a positive? Republicans might have been anti-Obamacare but that doesn't mean anti-government.
NightcoreD3stiny I mean it goes without saying at this point. Spicer seems like that douchy jock who brags to everyone that he's great in bed and every girl in his vicinity rolls her eyes
M G I think that's his point... Barça *needed* to score *6* freaking goals in that return match because PSG had a 3 goals advantage from the first match + the 1st goal outside that counts double - which leads to a 5 goals advantage, and they managed to actually score all those goals which means PSG screwed big time haha (trust me, I'm French) ^^
My only hope at this point is that once they figure out the ACA is exactly what we need, with a few adjustments, it is branded "Obamacare" forever, no matter how many changes. I think it is poetic justice. They coined the phrase and it ends up being the best choice. Sweet!
It isn't at all needed. It's an immoral abomination. It's wrong to force people to buy insurance. It's wrong to force some to subsidize others. Period.
Then Mr. Adams, there are several alternative countries you would probably adjust to better. Here in the united states we separate "morals" from law. However, if you must, I will "flip the coin" for the sake of bipartisanship, democracy, you know the "Constitutional stuff". Many people (I think around half the country at least) find that when their children have left home and they no longer have dependents, and no longer have need of taxpayer funded services like schools, but see an increase in income taxes because of the loss of dependents; instead of crying over that increase that is going to get you nowhere, you think about what you would like to see happen with your tax dollars. I think most people are ok with chipping in on coverage for those unable to pay. I can't think of anything more important that healthcare for everybody. I have attended churches that were passing the offering plate, and if I looked around, or even straight up to the pulpit, and based my offering on their morals, the best I could probably cough up would be my "Sunday school nickle" my papaw used to give me before church. You can't possibly believe that all the people who receive government assistance for health care are not "worthy" of your contribution; however again, if you must, I may have a problem with some of the services you receive compliments of the U.S. government. Not all these "freebies" come in the form of a food stamp or Medicaid card. You gonna let me have a close look at you before you get yours? Make a decision on your "morals".....cause so far I'm seeing a lack thereof. Maybe you need to be vetted a little closer. Maybe pee in a cup, release your medical records? smdh
I have no obligation to move in order to avoid this shakedown. The notion that something is correct because many people support it is nothing more than an appeal to popularity. I'm not okay with a socialized system of anything. Any funds taken from me against my will are nothing more than theft, and I don't care if you're feeding the homeless or paying someone's doctor bill with the proceeds....it's wrong to steal the funds in the first place. Taxation is theft.
I'm sure you are living off the grid, taking and consuming absolutely nothing that didn't come from your own property and your own skills. If that is so, then maybe you have a point. However, since your water source is coming from surrounding properties you do not own, you may owe the government a little something for making sure that water is protected from contamination before it comes to your property, oh yeah, those little envelopes that hang from trees to control the insect population so that your crops, your only food source, don't die from an infestation, that's gonna cost ya a buck or two. But since you live off the grid, you don't really use a lot of taxpayer dollars, but we all should at least pay our own way wouldn't you agree? SMDH
Aside from that blunder, the show of hands and the obvious bs, it wasn't that bad compared to the others. He even cracked a few jokes with them and he even smiled...btw, I refer to him as "Old Spice"
Why is it so hard for America to come up with a working health care? Why not just copy one of the many systems from Europe with work so much better than anything the US ever had!
Actually the US had an even better system when it was free market. It's hard because liberal idiots keep trying to force nationalization of healthcare upon everyone else, and socializing healthcare has only made it more expensive in the US.
I just had a surgery today and am in the hospital, to hopefully being able to use my right arm again.. its shocking to see that in the us, people like me wont have that chance .. those people are just selfishness overload in its greatest glory.. money is just a number and cant pay for a life, but still, having more money than they need is more important to them than saving priceless lifes.. why would anyone with the slightest amount of intelligence support such movement?
"It's a complicated process, but actually it's very simple." What?
It is simple, when it's not done right.
my cock is incredibly huge, but it's actually very small
I'm a human, but I'm actually a dog. RUFF RUFF *scratches ear*
The food is cold, but it's actually quite hot.
That's like scoring the most goals and loosing the game
That paper stack bullshit with sean spicer is god damn baffling.
karite2 I think he was trying to agure the republican narrative that smaller government is better and idiotically tried showing it through the amount of paper they used
karite2 They have an emphasis on laws that can be held by people with tiny, tiny baby hands.
Truly. I think a well designed plan to a complicated subject would need more words, not less. Does Spicer think it's a better plan because it's more environmentally friendly (uses less paper to describe it). I don't get it.
spicer printed it all out for show and tell wasting ink and paper and everyone's time

Debatable. Got this on Wikipedia: "StarkTech technology, which had a virtual monopoly on worldwide defense" (not just a country)

No he doesnt employ troops. But weapons, defensive systems stuff like that, so basically everyone uses his technology
Everyday you wake up thinking : this can't get any worse ...
YES IT CAN
its only been two months...

I just hope I wind up in one of the nicer districts... Fishing seems okay. I'll get a trident at least

His wife told him shorter is better to make him feel better about his package.

Cant wait for this SNL skit
it will be their jewel for the rest of the year
*Rest of the week
Cause you know something even dumber is going to happen next week.
Not to take anything away from SNL but this stuff writes itself.
Kinda like the speech by Sarah Palin. Copied it word for word because of how stupid it was. One of the best SNL skits since the millennium started.
SNL doesn't even need writers at this point.
Sean Spicer is smart as hell. He's doing all the comedy himself so McCarthy doesn't have any material
Comedians are facing competition from all these cunt politicians!
Or maybe the politicians do all the writing for them lol.
We waited 7 years for the answer to the GOP healthcare solution, and this is what we get? What a waste
i know a family with one kid with special need, and she lost her healthcare.
I'm terrified to think of what is going to happen when people loose their mental health coverage.
Invest in a bullet-proof head.
this show is now my new news source, informative and funny at the same time. I don't even watch news channels any more.
Man, Melissa McCarty is nailing it on SNL! That size of papers joke is hilarious!
Thanks The Daily Show with Trevor Noah.☺
"LOSERS, ELDERLY, POOR, SICK" well yeah as always...
1:07 I think the director kept that image up a couple seconds longer than necessary because the look on Ryan's face is fantastic.
This guy is genuinely funny.... doesn't force it like others... Keep it up Trevor

Of course they haven't. I dont think anybody honestly expected them to have an alternate healthcare plan
I Love this show, and Trevor is a natural behind that desk.
7 years and this is what they could come up with? 😑
Y'know we were just learning about Marie Antoinette in World History today and the whole "Don't buy an iPhone buy healthcare" thing totally gave me Deja vu with "Then let them eat cake" Lol
When comedians are far more intellectual than people actually running the country...
Sasha Shaikh since comedy is reactive, it requires a greater understanding and intellect than making the news does. (As in, causing whatever is in the news)
That graphic of the Losers is cracking me up.
Chaffetz needs to realize that non-politicians don't have campaign contributions to spend on I-phones, which is how he does it.
as those years scrolled i realized how fast time is passing
"They don't have a plan, they just hate mine"
Alexander Hamilton?
US health care is fine as long as you don't need to actually use it. It's when you get sick that you are fucked. Unless you are rich, then you'll be fine, as always in the good old US and A.
Paul Ryan on changing Obamacare is like a dog chasing a car.
He now doesn't know what to do now that he has the ability to get one.
We Americans need the same Health Care our Congress and Senate is recieveing
Well, they done f**ked up.
Am I the only that got shivers at 1:49 when you realized you're video wasn't paused.
"I want to hold it up after sex" was such an obvious joke though
Trevor, you get better everytime!
Let's put this on "trending" !
I hit the trifecta! Old , sick, and poor! Finally! Wait what do I win?
As a British person this whole thing just seems bizarre. Why would anyone be against healthcare for the most vulnerable?!
0:47. The middle Paul Ryan looks like fricking Ramsay Bolton. 😂😂
I'm so confused by that clip of Sean Spicer. Is he admitting that their new bill is an example of what you would not see from a functional government?
Paul Ryan looks like what would happen if you left Jake Gyllanhall in the microwave too long
Anyone else realise he pointed to the "republican" stack when he said "this is not government"?
That santa joke is LIT
I really hope to see Melissa McCarthy on SNL this weekend! I NEED another Spicey skit. That last one, my god. I may have to go watch it again because that podium...I read comments before hand and knew it would move, but the execution is PERFECT!
Q. How do we make Obamacare better?
A. make the replacement plan so much worse by comparison
5:56 One of the hallmarks of this administration is to use paper on a table as a prop.
Russ Wilson Yea, And after 6 yrs of Republicans working day and night on a replacement they come up with 4 double spaced pieces of paper.
They are assholes on the side of the rich. Disgusting. Hillary is almost as bad. We need a real progressive party in the U.S.
"LOOK AT THE SIZE!"
First time I've heard someone boasting that theirs is smaller.
5:54 I don't understand how nobody made a dick joke about trumps bill is smaller than obamas :3
NightcoreD3stiny I mean it goes without saying at this point.
Spicer seems like that douchy jock who brags to everyone that he's great in bed and every girl in his vicinity rolls her eyes
Champsr0ck2247 haha x3
NightcoreD3stiny because its to much information!😕
"Mission Accomplished" LMAO!
don't let this distract you that PSG blew a 4-0 lead to Barcelon
You're following European football ? (:
M G
I think that's his point...
Blu
Well, it's easy when the refs are helping. Talk about disgusting.
Stop lying the first goal was not outside, that is why we have videos on youtube to burn simple bitches like you.
You need to calm the fuck down. If I miscalculated you can point it out in a civilized way.
Internet makes people completely crazy
The falling balloons were a great touch.
The mission accomplished banner had me rolling on the floor.
Love how it just uploaded and 4 people already disliked it.
I cannot believe that spicer actually did that. Like OMFG!
The size of the Republican health bill is like the size of a half-assed procrastinated college paper.
I'm glad that this guy makes me laugh otherwise without him making these jokes while telling the news, I'd be crying
cmon now...all the people in power have been doing is protecting themselves. Why did you think that healthcare would be any better?
That's something really sad.
LoL! Two piles of paper, "Never mind the quality, feel the width!"
I can't get enough of Trevor Noah.
Obamacare was not a 100% implementend. But for what it was it did take care of the American people.
Holy shit "Mission Accomplished" killed me.
SMDH
That mission accomplished was gold. 😂😂
You have to admit Ryan's really glo'ed up throughout the years
How do you know that premiums will go up when nobody knows how much it is going to cost?
The stack on the left is for smaller hands.
"It's very complicated but it's very simple"..........yah
I'm legitimately starting to pity the Spice man hahaha
Aside from that blunder, the show of hands and the obvious bs, it wasn't that bad compared to the others. He even cracked a few jokes with them and he even smiled...btw, I refer to him as "Old Spice"
I call it "spicy time" whenever he's on.
LOL almost spit my drink out while watching this at about 5:35 in, love this show.
Healthcare? More like WEALTHcare
one of your best Trevor
Why is it so hard for America to come up with a working health care? Why not just copy one of the many systems from Europe with work so much better than anything the US ever had!
America's too corrupt.
Because smart, rich Americans have managed to get less successful Americans to belive that misery and hardship is necessary in life.
Smart and rich ? Ha The current President disproves that on a daily basis.
Actually the US had an even better system when it was free market. It's hard because liberal idiots keep trying to force nationalization of healthcare upon everyone else, and socializing healthcare has only made it more expensive in the US.
When was it free market ? The late 1800s? Look that up James Idiot
Sean Spicer is single-handedly making a mockery of the press secretary position.
didn't he say at one point in time he was going to raise the taxes of the wealthy? I'm sure he did.
He has said both everything and nothing. It's the Tao of Trump
"But look, guys, it's so much smaller!" What the hell, Spicer, were you even TRYING to convince us?
If they make a new healthcare it will be worst and maybe alot more expensive.
We're so fucked....
... He went for the most obvious zinger with the calculator joke. The rest is pretty spot on!
