I have a fuzz pedal of sort its a pigtronix disnortion. It sounded like crap till I turned the tone almost off in series with just enough gain so you can barely tell its on. Now its great but thats how I like it,everyone is different.
I was really liking the Low Pass tones and the punchy, driven tone I was getting from this thing. Someone below mentioned that this is an OCD clone, and agree that it is that kind like the Disnortion that blurs that line of aaaalmost fuzz. Def not my normal sound, but after listening to the video while editing, I was digging some of the tones. Thanks for checking out the video.
@@patrickmcmanus5373 oh gotcha, and thank you! I can hear that more clearly now, as opposed to a straight up fuzz circuit. Not quite fuzz, but beyond a typical OD. Decent, but not totally my thing.
@@DoubleDguitar the Big Fuzz Mosky has Big Muff, Tone Bender MK2, Mosky Fuzz and Boost. Buy it for the 5000$ tone bender clone alone or the Mosky Fuzz is a outstanding modern fuzz circuit.
@@patrickmcmanus5373 It's not a Mk2 Tonebender clone in that pedal, it's Colorsound Tonebender, which is a (rather confusingly named!) very similar circuit to the Big Muff hence why it's in the pedal, as it just needs a couple of components switching around, whereas a Mk2 would require basically switching the entire circuit out.

It's supposed to be an OCD Overdrive clone but you say Fuzz. The Big Fuzz is the fuzz of the M series pedals. Maybe you received a dud.
