"that" is jonathan's own technique, it's basically a false fold subharmonic. he's been using it in a lot of his cover, recently in "randy dandy oh" for example, but never that forward in the mix

Apparently Jonathon can do something like a "false" subharmoic with different vocal cords i dont really know what that means but its something marwan said in another reaction but man it went down to an E1 which is wild ive never heard anything like it

I just found The Bass Gang recently so I've been binging reactions. It's funny how you mention at the end about them getting someone like Geoff or Tim to join them. I haven't seen if you reacted to Hooked on a Feeling yet, but I'm so happy for them that Tim joined them for this song!!
This is awesome! Their comp!exities in this song are out of this world. Marwen did such a good job with the arrangement. Johnathon uses his false vocal chords to do that special low subharmonics

Very disappointed.... doesn't sound very well put together. You can tell they all have different singing styles and it horribly shows.
