I have a dan wesson 2.5 inch , is not very powerful but i have adapted a nut in the hammer spring to increase the fps, You can also try that with your dan wesson 8" that will increase the fps.

Apparently, you can get "rear loading" cartridges for the Dan Wesson revolver, that give you even more powerful shots, because there is no air space behind the BB and the barrel is effectively longer and also they are more convenient to load.
@@HappyDude1 The "rear loading" is for pellet with Dan Wesson 715, as far as I know (I have one, and this time it's not leaking). Every BB Dan Wesson looks like the BBs are loaded at the front of the cartridge.

Hello there. I recently received my Dan Wesson 715 Pellet version which I only used today. When I inserted the CO2 capsule into it and screwed it tight, I could still hear a small hissing sound (it's leaking out very slowly). The hissing sound stopped when I put a loaded cartridge into the barrel (to prevent the leak). Is that supposed to happen? Or does it mean the seal is failing?

But once it's screwed solidly and I put my ear near it, I can still hear the hissing sound. When I put my finger on the firing hole behind the drum, the hissing stops (since I plugged it with my finger). Do you think I should return it? I was still able to shoot around 60 rounds, but I'm thinking it shouldn't be leaking.
How big are the inner barrels on these 4.5mm? In aus we got the same thing cept our inner barrels are 7mm, with the peacemaker the shells are 4. Sometning mm and on the end has been bored out to 7mm to stick a gel ball in ghe end i shot a 4mm steel bb out of it but its a little loose😊

How,? How would it work without gas ? It's not spring loaded, the clue is in the gas, a portion of gas is blasted into the chamber holding the pellet which propels the pellet, turn off the gas and..? No it won't work without gas.
