Step 2. Ask her out, straight forward. If she says no, go back to step 1.

@@Chilbuli_Baby even me I didn't believe it, the umukozi had told me that Rwandan girls only care about money but I thought it was a generalization (some say like that in the West too but it's not true). Then I learned the hard way how marrying a wealthy person is the target of so many girls. The only thing for me would be finding a Westernized girl that makes her own money and lives an independent life.
