Your video is good. Number 5 took me back to my childhood growing up in Trinidad and Tobago because that is exactly what we do when it rains. I was in for quite the shock when I emigrated to the US and found out that nothing stops due to rain.

I moved to rwanda in 2019 and even since then Kigali has changed, it’s changed an insane amount since he filmed this. April is still a very depressing month but it feels like it’s got less intense. The service and food has gotten so much better, it’s still very much developing and still has uneven development with most of it being in Kigali but atleast in the wealthy neighborhoods in Kigali it’s really becoming a modern international city

lol the more things change, the more they stay the same. Life stopping when it rains and bad customer service have always been like that in Rwanda. Can't wait to go back.

Customer service is ok to change but I don't want to change the rain impact... I love it, we have to pause in life to enjoy nature doing it's thing.

Thanks for the vid, I want to celebrate my birthday in Africa next year and trying to research to see which country has the best nightlife. For the remembrance, I'm glad to see that the country is processing it because I remember hearing about it in the news here when it happened and just feeling how tragic it must have been for the people but it's good to see the country moving on but not forgetting completely.

about number 5, I was so used to that and when I arrived in Winnipeg a town in western Canada it was -40degree Celsius I told my host I would not go to school so she said nothing. the next day same thing and she looked at me and said woman the weather don't stop jack here except it is accompanied by 60cm of snow, put on your clothes and go to school or pack up and go back home you can come back in the spring time. Today it is not an issue anymore

    • @theoisback

Yeah too bad. For a good drink I would recommend Pili Pili. Brochettes differ everywhere, but are overall good. (I didnt find any restaurants with "bad" brochettes LoL) Let me know if you find a favourite one.

Don't be judgmental - we all are not privileged to do as we please. I don't know about the culture of telling people you they should be ashamed of the life they have but I think it's common sense to ask before judging.
