'Rookie Rebuild' 1972 Ted Williams (Eska) 7 5hp 2 Stroke tune up (DO NOT ADD INLINE FUEL FILTER!)

Solved the idle /fuel pumping issue and cleaned up the motor overall. This is a first time build for author, no small engine or outboard experience, just youtube videos and life of tinkering.
UPDATE: DO NOT ADD AN INLINE FILTER. IT KEPT THE MOTOR FROM ADEQUATELY/CONSISTENTLY PUMPING GAS TO THE CARB.
