When you purchase them online, are they freshly cut and still wet or have they been dried? I have to rinse mine at least because of birds and dust. I don’t like glycerin, and I meant to mention that in this video. It is processed. However, it’s an alternative option for folks who can’t have the alcohol in a tincture due to health issues, or due to recovering alcoholism (which is why I make this for several clients).

Essentially I do 1/2 milky oats in the jar, and then about equal parts of everything else to fill up the other half

oat straws do not have the same medicine as truly the oat tops when they're in the milky stage. the milky oats support our brain cells!
