This is a shortened video of just the removal, rebuild and reinstallation of the rim clamp cylinder for a Coats tire machine. There are many versions of this, so if your machine has one cylinder on the top for the rim clamps, it is likely it is the same one, or one similar.

We never saw you torque the piston to the main shaft of cylinder

30-40 ft/lb is wat my kit said, but it shows using the lil oring and the original had one.
