Such a simple puzzle design but it's really effective, nicely done Carl. 👍 How does the beading tool go when it is sharpening time? Fiddly? Or maybe it gets used so lightly you don't really need to sharpen it?
Boy, that is nice. I love it. If you want a walnut centerpiece make another one. Keep this one as it is. It's perfect. Thank you for sharing. Have a great day and stay safe.🙂🙂 PS I spent the day making bottle stoppers. They are quick and fun. They were done at the local Rockler store. The club did a demo for the store.
Love the puzzle cut! I can see a lot of possibilities/options with a puzzle pattern. (There is a very active puzzle community out there, you would have no trouble shifting anything you do in this genre)
Good morning. I use the Easywood bead cutter, but I get a lot of tear out. What am I doing wrong? The cutter is brand new. Love the puzzle design Gift for my sister for christmas for sure. Thanks so much for sharing.
Way Cool Carl. You need to add a camera to your laser. I just finished installing mine; it's a game-changer. Feel free to contact me on what I did. Lowell

What type of wood is it? They work best with hardwoods. Email me jacobson68@yahoo.com
Great piece and well-done video. One basic question... what kind of chuck are you using? It looks so easily adjusted!
It's a Easy Wood chuck. They are fantastic and it's so easy to change the jaws.
Thanks for the info! A new chuck - to replace my OneWay is on my wish list!
Another vintage Carl Jacobson outside the box project. Maybe next time actually make a blank out of different species of wood as puzzle pieces.
Bill
Thank you Bill! That would be cool, then I could mix and match the woods.
Love it!
Thank you Mark!
Novel idea. Sure makes things easier with a laser burner?
Thank you Alan!
Lovely
Thank you!
Hello Carl that beading tool you used is that an easy wood tool thanks
This was a d-Way beating tool.

Lowell
Thank you Lowell, I have a camera just haven't got it setup yet. Thanks for the offer.
@@CarlJacobson The upgrade to Light Burn wiped out my camera setup, but I did it again, and now everything is upside down-sheesh!
Cool project. The only thing better would have been to engrave the puzzle pattern on the outside too 😊
Thank you Greg! I've been watching a lot of videos on how to do pictures with the laser 🤞
@@CarlJacobson I have a laser and pictures are tricky. Good luck and I look forward to seeing your projects.
