Rather than go brushless. Why not just replace the ESC / RX combo with a 3S ESC and stand alone RX. I bet 3S will be more than enough to upgrade the power. I think going brushless maybe a bit overkill for this little guy.
A friend put a 4s setup in one of the typhon groms and it’s absolutely insane. Things doing backflips at like 50mph. Honestly the stock setup in the Mojave is fine. We raced 3 together it was fun. The radio sucks that the only gripe I have
@@rynks_rcRight on, yeah Im just wondering about the possibility. But the stock set up will be fine for me as Ill mostly be doing FPV with mine. Im building a large coarse that would be impossible for line of sight. So yeah 20 mph is hauling ass with a FPV set up lol. I have the radio link RC8 and I have the RX with gyro and then I have an ESC from my RC4WD Chevy that can be either 2 or 3S with a switch of a jumper I can put in it. Ive put a Fusion pro in my Chevy.
@@Thrive-Off-Grid the setup he used to run a setup on 4s was similar to what I use in my mini b. A castle mamba mini x2 and a castle motor. Can’t recall what battery he got that would fit tho
