hey lugi congrats mate -question you mention you going to refinance on 65% bridge why ? why not just a standard BTL mortgage
Hi Shahbaz, with social housing the mortgage lenders require you to have 65% ltv rather than 75% as they deem it as high risk..

Hi mate yes I believe that Netherfield now has an article 4, but best thing to do is email the planning permission department in netherfield and ask them if you require to apply for planning to create a new hmo..
