please explain how you will make it profitable for yourself. would you have to secure the lease with the landlord for a cheaper rent than what the registered provider will be paying you? btw very informative vid please make more on figures

there are multiple strategies when working with a social housing provider, you can purchase a property and lease to them or your can do a rent to rent.. just like any property investment you would need the income to be significantly higher than your outgoings..

Why are social housing so much more expensive versus buying that same property directly? I have seen £50K properties being sold for £100K as social housing

yes, the providers have to return back the property in like for like condition! everything is in the legal contract
