    Thanks for sharing and I really like the discussion in the webinar around common attributes for segmentation. There's lots of ways to think about our clients, and just call them "key" or "strategic" isn't enough. I've had plenty of big clients in the past that I make no margin on (in fact almost cost me money) and have no interest in any kind of partnership. Yet others I've worked with in the past who have been smaller and get less attention from the business, are more engaged, more profitable and all round nicer people.
