    두분 다 너무 젊어서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 김태형 교수님은 심지어 어려보이십니다. 😊 연주도 참 좋네요. 언젠가 슈베르트 포핸즈 환상곡도 함께 연주하는걸 들을수 있으면 좋겠습니다.

    해외 유명 연주자 연주보다 더 낫다~!! 어쩌면 모차르트의 우아함과 다이나믹과 자연스러운 흐름을 잘 살리는지!!

    Great performance but 1st movement too fast (only my personal opinion!)

  • @donaldgoodell7675

    Mozart's great four-handed Sonata K. 521 was written specifically with a view for talented amateurs to perform in the confines of a drawing-room, not in a larger concert-hall---and moreover to be performed on either the harpsichord or a forte-piano; but it certainly was not meant to be played on some massive modern Steinway grand. Also, Mozart's own Walter forte-piano (c. 1784) was tuned to an A-434hz, quite a bit lower than the A-440 on this recording. However I do like the tempo that Professor Julius Kim chose to take for the 1st movement (not as over-fast as, say, someone like Kissen would like to play it) and his 'Mozartean' touch is clear enough throughout this recording; but the far younger Tae-Hung Kim is showing signs of his immaturity in places---e.g. towards the climax of the end of the 1st movement, he completely flubs an important e-flat altogether (makes him sound like a nervous 8-year old) To which I say, let's hear him play this sonata again ten years from now and see how he's progressed musically.

    • @doctordank
      @doctordank 7 років тому

      Donald Goodell every time I hear this I find the first movement to be too quick. I'm glad the professor slowed it down here" frankly. It sounds much better.
      Also I must agree with your statement about tone going up over time, but that just happens. If we played it in the tone of the latter 18th century now, the entire performance would sound off key. That's just the way it is.

    • @shaququ
      @shaququ 9 років тому +2

      +Kumat Kualias i can judge whoever i want, its my democratic right to free speech, im not Chinese, i can say whatever i want. having heard a lot of good pianists, i can honestly say this is a robotic, soulless performance. precision is not what makes a pianist the best, the best pianist is not afraid to be imprecise and imperfect and show something interesting to his audience. this is so precise, its very boring to listen to. no true talent. only endless hours of practice with an unimpressive result. sorry, but its the truth.

    • @kosan3688
      @kosan3688 9 років тому +9

      +shaququ classical music is meant to be played precisely, just like the composer would imagine how his piece would be played. Classical music is appreciated by the sound that it makes and by how it is played. People that fall asleep during orchestras or concerts are people who don't know how to appreciate classical music. And during the performance you can clearly see that the two person are filled with emotion while playing. Also ,talent comes from practice. Rarely someone achieves true talent whiteout practice.

      Actually I would say this is a pretty good rendition on a Mozart piece; it's supposed to be precise and clear with lightness and joy to it.
