@@_drpreetisharmamam in the question of Neisseria, cefriaxone would be the answer.... But mam in the question.. It was mentioned that... Patient presented in the STD CLINIC... So mam in std clinic we won't prescribe cefriaxone... So can penicillin be the right answer. . . ?????..

Maam regarding that PSGN question. Creat was 2.1 and raised to 4.5 within 3 days repeat, still do we call it PSGN just based on duration, y don't we consider it RPGN...?
One question on Myositis...HPE of heart m/s was given....Chagas d/s was the correct answer...I m 100% sure
If it showed eosinophils in the same then yes chagas disease
