    Brilliant video Jack and very eye opening to the internals of how a Pancake lock works.
    Looks like a difficult lock to tension.

      Actually there is no tensioning need. The strong spring pops the shackle up when the lever notches line up.

    interesting tutorial on how these work. I've seen a video by Rook Knight where he made an impression key, I've seen some.keys on eBay as well as blanks
