The problem of forgiveness from a narcissist is further complicated by the fact that they really don't know/don't care when something is or is not the fault of another person, the whole concept of "fault" is difficult for a narcissist because they can't see anything from another persons point of view, a narcissist does not even know when something is or is not their own fault, because analyzing the question of who is at fault requires balanced unbiased judgement, a narcissist has no balanced judgement because they only see things from their own perception which filters out anything which would reduce their self-esteem, therefore the mental faculty of "forgiveness" is outside a narcissists mental capacity.
@@peterknyk1942narcissism is a defense mechanism therefore nothing is their fault. The only reason to claim forgiveness is to yield some benefit to the narc. Thou never authentic.
The upside is once you reach the precipice of “ trying “ and simply have had enough you get to finally start focusing on you and healing the relationship with yourself. You can do that with or without these creatures. Some can’t just leave , so someone like Lil S can help
Even if it was a very good past, all they have to do is devalue it and you and turn into something worthless. It is almost the max, in ungratefulness. From a parent, it is telling you that there is nothing you could’ve done, for them to not wish you’d never been born and that no matter what you’ve done, you’ve been a burden, even if it’s been for 50 years. Just another reason I left. If I was such a worthless PoS all these years, I ain’t about to try to do anything new now. One of my typical phrases? “Go do something you can win at.” This ain’t one of them.

Yes, no understanding of forgiveness. Forgiveness if often used as a tool to control.
It’s never their fault, and they take zero responsibility for their deeds and misdeeds!

@@AdamKraft-hq8pn True! as my friend said to me recently, “they turn everything upside down, so it advantages them only“!
Give them their own medicine back, x2. Be a mirror. It's the only way they can see themselves as they are.

I was told during a visit with my psychic friend that “it’s never enough with her“….
