I did my interview after watching so many videos but couldn't get the job due to a question on role of a support worker with regards to HEI. But I will keep watching your videos as I was able to answer other questions due to all I learnt on your videos. The interviewer said my presentation was beautiful but for that question.

Hi I have a interview in 2 days where I need to present a 5 min pp presentation for an audit position. The company has asked to explain a project I am proud of but I have no experience with audit. Could you give some good examples linked to auditing please?
They likely already know you have little to no experience in auditing. Share something you are particularly proud of or something that brought your company profit. If you have something that fits both bills, all the better. It is only 5 minutes.
When asked to do a longer presentation during my career pivot from oilfield product development to chemical regulatory compliance, I did a presentation on how so many chemicals used in drilling fluids are also used in foods. It was not only technically accurate but also showed my sense of humor.
What outside of auditing will connect with the hiring company and hiring manager? IMO, showing technical expertise outside of auditing and a passion for past jobs will sell well.
What is the area of auditing? There are numerous programs to audit to.
My advice is to follow the request. Explain a project you are proud of rather than try to link it to auditing. You need to sound truly engaged explaining something you did and were passionate about. Hope this helps.

What do you do when you work for a nepotistic company that goes out of its way to claim they aren't, but frequently decides who they are going to hire before they waste 40 people's time in interviews so they 'seem' fair? I work for such a company and I'm at my wit's end watching charismatic idiots - who don't try - walk away with promotions because they can bat their eyelashes and giggle in an interview, with no previous experience or qualifications for the positions.
