That sucks, Bart has the same exact arms as me, decently large triceps, no peak on our biceps and our forearms aren’t that great however lately I have been seeing much more progress in my forearms so it’s mostly my bicep peak I have to work on. It’s partially because we have that long muscle belly that connects all the way down at the radius.
It’s also genetic. My right biceps have a nicer peak than my left. My friend, who’s 6’4”, has no peak in either arm despite working extremely hard especially on concentration curls and single arm cable curls.
