The amount of horror movie references were really well done.
The audio tapes from The Evil Dead, the mocking possession from The Exorcist, the monster attracting Kinger like Pennywise's dead lights from It, and even threw in a Luigi's Mansion joke at the start.
Also, you gushing over the Gummigoo plush was absolutely adorable.
The cellar remind me of Amnesia as well haha
The small lift kinda reminded me of Outlast lol
A funky thing. Kinger says "As long as you remember it, things will be okay". "Pomni" is russian for "remember" (specifically, an order to not forget). So i wonder if that's her purpose in the circus

And now rewatching the earlier episodes and much about Kinger makes more sense. For example, he remembered Ragatha's early times after he had the bucket on his head. And we now know why he is always trying to be in the pillow fort.
Dont forget wanting to show his bug collection in ep 1!
The kinger part made me cry… When they where holding there breath kinger looked like an Angel and when they climbed the stairs it looked like if they where going to heaven. Kinger on top.
The "ok I won't" made me laugh way too hard 😂 really like how unexpectedly wholesome this was too ❤ I knew Kinger was my fave character for a reason 😅

Kinger mentioned that he was seven years in programming and that he used to hate bugs. Maybe he was one of the creators of this world?
He might have been the first ever person to enter the circus and caine wanted him to help design the circus.

- First Kinger is one of my favorite characters which I love the lore from him learning about his wife Queenie which Gooseworx confirmed that to be her name, & plus this would explain that during Ep. 1 he keep mentioning a insect collection when he came out of his pillow fort & while down in the Glonk cave
- Baron Mildenhall is voiced by Tim Alexander
- Martha Mildenhall is voiced by Marissa Lenti who also voices Gangle
- Ghostly is voiced by WizardWiz
- As for references to other media Jax uses a vacuum to capture ghost which has been used in many different series & the light from the head’s mouth has light which might be a reference to deathlights from Stephen King "IT"
at the end of it all Kinger probably has 2 fond memories in the darkness now.

I laughed so much at that part 🤣
A lot of people get mad/annoyed at Caine for some of the things he does, or at least see them as a mark against his character, like deleting Gummigoo and not listening to/forgetting what Zooble's saying. But the thing is, i feel like those things aren't his fault. He was probably programmed to not allow AIs into the actual circus, saying "who knows what could happen" and i have a feeling that he himself doesn't know what would happen, because he wasn't programmed to know why, just to do it. And the whole Zooble thing, they literally tell him to forget it. The first time they say it and say he's probably not even listening, THAT'S the moment Caine starts drawing a bee. Then at the end of their explanation, they tell Caine to forget it, and he goes "forget what?" We can assume that Zooble likely told Caine to forget it every other time they've explained it, and like the AI he is, he does.
I just feel like Caine is a whole lot more clueless than people seem to think. A lot of people seem to think he's a master mind, that he's keeping stuff from the circus members, but he's an AI that only knows what he's been programmed to know. Why would his creators make him with the knowledge of all the inner-workings of what's going on when Caine's not even technically real? As long as he does what he's supposed to, he doesn't need to know why.
I've seen it in pretty much all 3 episodes so far, in the pilot he knew the circus members wanted to leave, but he didn't know what "outside" was, so he did his best but tried to scrap it. When we see him gaslighting Pomni about the exit door, our immediate thought is that he's up to something sinister, but really he just wanted to do something nice but didn't know how. In the second episode after he deletes Gummigoo, again, he says "who knows what could happen" in a way that implies HE doesn't know what could happen either. In this episode, he's genuinely clueless to Zooble's issue even though they state they've told him already. We see this, and Caine's supposed disinterest, as insensitive, but really it's Zooble who keeps telling him to forget it, and since he's an AI built to accommodate them, he does exactly that.
Call me naive, but i just think a lot of people are being a bit hard on Caine
I agree completely. When Caine also started glitching, that made it pretty clear to me he is just programmed a certain way and all his responses are just what the AI can comprehend it as

@@JamiUwU Oh I understand! It's more like on the "ugly/cute" side IMO, like a pug, Melody from HxH or Mitty from Made in Abyss (highly reccomend). It has those big derpy eyes, but also the teeth, eyed wings and really long arms (the teeth and eyes glow in the dark), and apparently you can also remove the head lol
