Fun fact: During the original mass Grunts and Raiders vs Footmen and Knights bit, the orc side usually ended up plowing through and dominating because the original Knight models' attack animation was so long that they rare hit anything before they got hit (the horse reared up before a swing). Now that the Knights' attack animation is so much faster, the fight is finally even as likely originally intended.

While knights got oneshot, eventually footmen actually always won the center encounter if you let it go on because the footmen that survive get their thrust attack off and they spawned in groups of 5-8 instead of 4-6 of the grunts. So it was a (econ) even fight in the original too.

I mainly played Uther, MK (Dday) and Meepo, Morphling, PA (Dota). Until 2013, I switched to LOL, and now I mainly play Leesin, Kai’sa, Ire, Jax, Cassiopeia 🥰🥰🥰. Sure, it is not uncommon to see a grand big company fires up talented workers for their own profit, and it is satisfied to believe in that way, but there aren't any crystal clear evidence that the voice actors were offered an extremely low payout, made them to refuge to take the job. I really can't understand why people are so disappointed from this. I see various comments in videos abut reforged that spit hate and they get liked. It is a simple reskining,yes,but this is what remastering is for. They even made a couple of cinematics,while in StarCraft they didn't even bother to improve the already existing ones. The models are fine,i must remind that they want their games playable at a variety of computer qualities,just like with other games of theirs,so they couldn't go too far with detail,as it would make the reforged version too heavy for some people's PCs. They even made individual models for characters that were just a bigger version of simple unit back then and remade Tharifas,the unused dragon with an incredibly different model than normal green dragons. For my opinion they did fine
