Thanks for your live commentary & analyzing/explaining a few positions after the match! Gotta watch it again especially the "low equity/high volatility" doubling positions! As you mention, if the double is wrong, it happens just once. If the the no double is wrong, it will occur several times!
Another really comprehensive video Dirk. by the way, you can 'mute' a player by clicking on his/her name and then click on the 'Player Actions' tab and click 'mute this player'.

True, but easier would be to simply activate the Do Not Disturb whilst Playing option.
You can stop people from sending you messages by activating the 'Do not disturb' option: Settings -> Chat Settings -> Do not disturb whilst playing
You can mute people who spam you like that.
