This is not what most people want to hear, but sadly viruses don't just disappear. It is a world wide problem, and will likely be with us forever. Just like other airborne viruses such as influenza and the Rhinovirus. Only once we stop making a big deal about it will things go back to normal-ish. The best we can do is stay hydrated.
I'm not even that interested in ninja warrior but I never miss antons videos. His attitude is mad inspiring for any aspect of life. Enjoyed the collab on this one alot too. Get magnus in there for this course! Haha
I feel that taking an average of the individual grades of obstacles would be worse than grading the entire course as a whole. In sport climbing they make the grade higher than any of the parts individually, because the difficulty to do the entire route is harder than the difficulty to do the most difficult section. Having a couse grade N3 that contains an N8 obstacle would be misleading, because a ninja who can do N4 obstacles wouldnt be able to complete the route. If a course had an N4, N5, N1, N6, and N7, the grade should be somewhere around N8-N9, not somewhere around N5
Hey Anton, maybe you could do a vid on how you could train ninja at home? Granted most people (although some do) don’t have ninja gyms in their backyard. So maybe strength workouts or grip strength training? Loving the vids 👍🏼
Anton, I just wanted to say that I am super thankful for your positivite attitude and the effort you put in. You're an awesome athlete and a role model for me, bro! Thanks for keeping me positive and focused on training during these times!
I don't think that a single grade can be given to an obstacle. It should have 2 gardes: one describing it's physical difficulty and one describing it's technical difficulty. For example, most stage 3 obstacles are very physical, but not very technical while most stage 1 obstacles are only technical. The Flying Bar in an obstacle that is both physical and technical.
I train at Ninja Nation in Colorado, which is one of Geoff Brittens gyms. They implemented a N system and I think it's great but needs some improvement.
12:37 I laughed so hard hahahahahahahaha Nice editing skills Anton... Just two things I could feel he was going to fall on 20:05 because you muted the music for tension I guess... 20:19 Anton didn't trust him enough hahahahahhaha funny too
With the V scale, the whole route is rated as hard as the hardest move. With the Yosemite scale (the 5.Xabcd) its based on the whole route, typically multi pitch, and has been retrofired to a more modern sport climb (single pitch) setting assuming a red point is the aim. Red point btw is never weighting the rope and getting from the start to the top (flash and onsite are versions of this that depend on how much prior info one has when starting to climb). The English E grade covers mostly traditional routes (trad routes) and is the only scale that factors in danger (it may be an easy route but if a fall takes place, even if the climb is easy, you can still die). Trad climbing requires you to place cams and nuts while sport climbing has pre-drilled anchors. The French grades 5,6a-9b+/9c are mainly for sport climbs while the Font scale (short for fontainebleau - a bouldering area in France) uses the same scale but for boulders. The Font grade is similar to the V scale: the hardest move dictates the route. While the French grade takes consideration of the whole routes combined and how easy a red point is had. I would suggest your "N" scale behave similar to the French/Font grades: each obstacle has a unique N grade but the whole combination have a different grade. Great videos! watching them keeps me motivated despite everything being closed these days... yay for home gyms lol... even if I am just climbing on my floor trusses lol.
Another great video 🥇🥇 YAY A possible idea would be to use some sub numbers. So you could could go; So the standard steps are classed N1.0 N1.1 if you use the cone shapes N1.2 if you hop rather than step N1.3 if you add the discs N1.4 if you move the distance between So that way you can add what ever you want to make if different/difficult So your first time was N1.1 The second time was N1.134 Then everyone knows that next time if they want to do the same course they can just look at the numbering. If you add something then you add a new sub number ... i.e someone decides to do the standard steps blindfolded so they would become N1.5 now if they added hopping it would be classed N1.25. Loved the Sean / Anton double team YAY ❤❤❤
Glow in the dark course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't wait to go back to Traverse after quarantine. I miss doing ninja. Also, are the rodeo ropes new? Cause I haven't seen it at the gym, and it looks crazy. In fact, I see a few new obstacles and a jumping spider being built. Should be awesome.
Anton, just found out you have a channel too! Wish you all the best man, got to know you from Juji's and Magnus' content and I gotta say the videos are just this much better when you are in them. Hope your channel goes big too!
Massive fan Anton, I think using a system to grade is very intelligent, maybe you could base it around how many aspects of Ninja Warrior each obstacle encompasses. So if an obstacle as a lache, balance, and a section where u must hang for at least 10 seconds it could be a N3, then you could add a colour aspect base on how hard the actually move is, this would allow more precise grading and allow beginners like myself to know what I have a higher chance of getting hurt on. For example I would the cane obstacle a N4 for a lache, time on obstacle, having to use a tool and having to do it back and forth, then would put say an orange ring to indicate, even pro ninjas have fallen on this obstacle 🤘🏻 keep up the hard work and thank you for the amazing content. Props bro 🤜🏼🤛🏻
Hey, I'm not someone whos in good shape but I've been doing calisthenics a lot during the lockdown. I keep messing up my skin(mostly on pullup bar) when the skin on my fingers start feeling worn or stretched I tape them up, but I don't really feel like I can for my hands. I keep tearing the skin below my middle finger and ring finger. Is this due to poor technique, or is it a regular thing for people getting started?
Love the videos with Sean!! I’ll always favor the collabs with Magnus or Juji and Tom but seeing Anton interact with other professionals in his sport is also super interesting. Plus Sean seems like one of the most down to earth nicest people ever similar to Anton👍🏻
I like your hair; I think it shows you care about more important things in life, not just the superficial. Also, cool video, it's unusual to see you guys really struggle :)
At 17:32, Anton is like, it looks like fools playing around but it is tough. No kidding man, I can't even jump to reach any of those crazy obstacles. You are awesome athletes! PS: I love your hair, they are so messy, it makes me want to mess with them!

Hopefully all this virus thing will be fixed soon!🙏
Happy to share with some ideas!🔥
Have fun and stay healthy!😎
Anton Fomenko hopefully ya
Hey Anton..come to India.😍

@@kamron_thurmond u troll?
4:05 He's honoring his russian roots by dressing as a babushka. I approve
20:19 judging on the camera handling, someone expects Sean to fall here.. :D
True!!!😅
-You got to go through the ring
-Ok
-No
I laughed so hard
And he had some footage!
I thought it was a joke and then he showed the footage

EACTLY.

Sean using Magnus' patented shirt removal technique for extra strength haha.
It's not Magnus' it's a comon rock climbing technique
Rodeo rope looks absolutely insane
Doing those flywheels sideways is equally nuts! Insane how Anton makes impossible things look easy
"So we do the same course with small adjustments that make it impossible, right? Okay, I'm in!"
7:44 **Sad Magnus noises**
Antons videos are indeed a highlight of my days during quarantine.

Is that dark souls reference!?

Papal ninja: jokingly suggests to do something very difficult and dangerous.
Anton: OK 👌
Papal ninja: no.
04:05 I don't know why but this reminds of the "Girl with a Pearl Earring" painting.
Anton, your possible impossible challenges always make me realise how much depends on the mindset. You are the living example of striving 🔥

So now it's gonna be like:
-What ninja level are you?
-I'm beginner, so about N3 is my ninja level.
-Oh I see, want some tips I'm like N11.
Two of my favourite ninjas - Sean and Anton - two incredibly handsome ninjas 😍😘 Missing Magnus in this video..

@@AntonFomenko Absolutely bro 😭..take love...❤❤❤
What if you made a grading system with different components (strength and technical ability required) instead of just 1 number.
Babushka Anton(=
If Anton ever gives up on Ninja Warrior he definitely has a promising career in the Circus.
As a clown ;P
Would make a great stunt double in movies.
Ehm .. he came from circus
So, what was the peak heart rate at the IMPOSIBBLE course?
15:36 maybe
Anton, your editing is amazing aside from the tricks you do. Music es very well layered
Thank You 🙏
Everyone should subscribe to this ninja! You are awesome! Keep it going! 🤸♂️

12:36 You Died from Dark Souls would be so much better with the iconic sound
Cool
Anton, what type of shoes work best for Ninja Warrior? Seems like it would make a big difference, but I don't hear many folks talking about it.
I really like your hairstyle, really, even when u tryhard it looks perfect. it looks perfect always. keep it that way))
You can always make salmon ladder harder adding weight vest or skipping a bunch of rungs
Sean has such a calming voice 🙏
Impossible is possible!
So you are a master ninja warrior and a master catching 5 coins mhm okok no i see that god overpower some people 😂

I feel like people named Sean are naturally good at making ninja courses, especially creative ones
1:28 is that the porn hub theme in the background lmao
should've done the taller warped wall instead of 4 ft run-up.
Hoop footage was Magnus not you!! Lol trolly trolly Anton
Anton gotta be close the perfect all round athlete I think !

Thank you for dressing up as a Hasidic jewish wife for that run Anton ;)

Anton is just on a completely different level. My god.
I had to pause the video to let Anton catch his breath.
