Thanks Simon - Last year at this time we had 6-12 inches of snow on the ground at this time LOL. Very mild start to spring here so far. Big plans for the garden this year.
@@simonhenry7415 been toying with the idea of ripping out the floor and replacing it with composite decking.....not sure if I want to spend the time/$ doing that though. Id much prefer a covered patio.
Nate my good friend, great recipe, I have never heard of Birria quesa tacos, but they look delicious & the thigh is my fave cut off the chix & if I have time I'll peel off the skin , but make it with the bone in as is more flavor for me, lol, nice work pal, God bless you & yours.
