I use plain Greek yogurt or Cottage Cheese with a scoop of protein powder, a few blueberries sweetened with monk fruit. Great protein load without the bulk.
Mark do you have any concern about the sugar or canola oil in the cereal, or the palm oil in the bars? I have been trying to stay away from this. Thamk you
Watched this yesterday, so to add more protein I put a scoop of chocolate protein powder into my coffee. Tasted great, didn't need to add sugar (so only the 2 grams from the powder), and got 24 grams of protein!
Fiber is essential because it aids digestion, supports gut health, and helps regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels, even though our body doesn't digest it. It's like a workout for your gut! 😉
Thanks for the tips Mark. The wife and I are on vacation for the holidays. All your tips are very helpful. Oh , and I love fajitas and I love Subway. Never thought of ordering double the meat! Did you eat that whole sandwich or did you split into 2 meals? Thanks again. Love your vids !!
Obviously you don't like to cook. Everything is packaged and processed. Why not just raw dried fruits, oats and nuts to make your own cereal. What about eggs for protein? Make fresh bread if at all you have to . Fresh flat bread indian style with whole wheat flour would be excellent. Your diet is actually not that healthy. What about unprocessed meat dishes instead of beef jerky that is so unhealthy. Not to say I love you to bits and diligently follow your routines as at 63 I find you so inspiring. However. I think we can do much better by avoiding anything packaged or processed.
Good ol' George W. teaching us how to get ripped even after retirement
He has to stay in shape as a body double. They're trying to find one for Biden but so far no luck.

Wholesome
I like to take a can of tuna and mix in low-fat Greek yogurt instead of mayo. Tastes great and healthier than using mayo.

Now, do you inject your gear before or after your cereal? Asking for a friend...
I have no trouble getting enough protein and fat, or avoiding sugar - because I do carnivore. Meats, fish, eggs, a little cheese, no carbs at all.
If our body doenst break fiber down, then why are you consuming it? 🤔
