I do have this on PlayStation 2.
I remember hearing about it coming to Switch originally.
I never knew until now that it exists on 3DS.

The 3DS version of the play video is not the actual device.
Due to hardware limitations, the actual machine usually runs at 20fps to 15fps, but during cutscenes it is designed with a variable frame rate, and the fact that it runs at 60fps on the emulator should be taken into account.
And is the 3DS version inferior to other versions? The graphics are rather improved with specular, bump map, and self-shadowing applied to character models, and elements that did not exist in the original version, such as mid-back movement and gyro controls, have been added, making it practically a remake of the original.
However, I wanted something to be done about this too-low frame rate.
The tech demo before the console's release was running at a stable 30 fps...

Bro, the Switch was such a genius move by Nintendo. And to think, this was them scrambling to recover from thr Wii U failure mid-generation. The Wii U's failure may have been the best thing to happen to Nintendo. It goes to show how failure can be one of the most important things to ever happen to you. Good video

I been recently playing the 3DS version. Outside of the unstable frame rate when you play the game on an actual 3DS it's looks pretty stunning on its 3 inch screen. The only downside being that the game was originally designed to be played on a big screen in mind so certain things like getting a head shot or using sights are a little harder to pull off on the 3DS smaller screen.

The way that you compare all versions is unfair to the ps2.
I played this game back then and in my old tv the image quality was pretty much the same as Nintendo switch version
