Hi! Can you share more about the dual enrollment classes and the language arts course and review the Notgrass history courses for high schoolers please? When I was in my young mom stage it felt lonely because your friends with no children can quite grasp what you go through. I think there is definitely a need for experienced moms to extend their help, wisdom, and guidance during those years. I think often times older women feel like they aren’t needed but I think more than ever we could use mentors even after the young baby and toddler seasons
Yes, the ASL class is a dual enrollment at a local community college, but taken online. It is a nice sampling of what a college level course is without being among college students just yet. Her language arts course was with AP Homeschoolers, and was rigorous, but a nice fit for her strengths. Yes, I was thinking of reviewing the Notgrass history course!
As a Mom of 2 six and under + one on the way. What I would love to talk about is how truly hard it is to do this and how many people expect you to be in certain places, do certain things even at church and you’re just exhausted every single day and trying to get some sleep to do it all over again tomorrow is your main goal every day.
3 kids under 6 is a memorable season of survival! I feel for you! It was also some of the most special pockets of moments together. I definitely remember scaling back on what I said yes to, and prioritized what was key to our family.
