I'm homeschooled and I have been since I was 11 and I'm now 15, i get up at 7,45 am get ready make tea, leave for the library at 9,40am get there for 10am start schoolwork work, take break at 1,30pm(normal have a tea and read/watch vids on my break) start school again at 2pm and finish school work at either 3-pm or 4,30pm depending on if my friend wants to study after Skool then i do what I want till 10pm and be in bed for 11pm (mondays wednesdays and fridays i go to gym at 5pm and get home at 6pm)
I'm a homeschool sophomore....I have no idea how you stay this organized. I wake up, sit around, start school around 9 and by 11, and out, then do nothing...I don't eat breakfast, and I only have a snack for lunch. I literally feel completely unorganized watching this 😂

Hi I'm a high school student who is struggling at school (not grade wise, but the amount of energy that it requires, all of the extra curricular and activities) and I recently got some professional help and agreed that it would be better if I stayed home for a break, and thankfully that was kind of my intention because i thought it would be good for me and also I know that I can use my time wisely and I can learn the things that I am interested in. My mom seems to be supportive of the idea but my dad is not. I have suggested homeschooling before when I experienced stress and my dad especially went mad because in his eyes homeschooling is not really schooling and that I wouldn't get enough socializing. His not even taking my mental illness seriously and thinking that I am just soft and taking time off is just useless. I just would love if you'd (or anyone who sees the comment and is homeschooled or knows something about it )have some advice on how I can persuade them or how I can show them that home schooling is actually legit or something like that. I'd appreciate anything really. I hope you see this comment. I really liked your video ❤️🎀
I’ve been homeschooled since I was a freshman (now I’m a senior) and I can say it’s definitely legit. I do school for about 4-5 hours every day and I honestly feel like I’ve learned so much more and I feel like I can focus a lot better. I hope this helps. Also, your mental illness is a real thing. Don’t let anybody tell you that it’s not. I’m here for you. It’s will get better, I promise. You got this! ❤
I’m homeschooled and my ADHD got worse from 6th-8th, I got a couple of non-A’s and that made me a bit sad so this year in high school I’m going to try and have straight A’s
Yes it means you do all your work from home however there are blended programs which I did for two years in elementary which means you go to school a few days a week and do work at home the rest.
You learn the basics (reading writing math science social studies) and then the extra things you are curious to learn about too, bible reading is helpful too because lots of classic literature make biblical references so it helps to give you context on those things.

"bible reading" that's why homeschooling sucks. it's just a bunch of personal biases and beliefs. it's rarerly about objective reality.
